No, very few motherboards do. You can easily add a WiFi card or use a WiFi USB dongle if needed.

Heat sink? You mean the metal u see there next to the PIE-E. This motherboard is not made of overclocking, so it have nearly no chance of over heating. A heat sink that size should be enough. Most of the heat generated from CPU and GPU which they have a fan themselves. A heat sink that you see on the board should be enough. Well at least for me, idk how you will be using your computer that some how make the motherboard overheat. If you manage to do that, I would like to know how.

What kind of video cards (cheaper ones) can I fit into this board? It seems my old EVGA 9600gt does not work with this board for a simple server.

Any Radeon 7000 series and up or most Geforce 600 series and up.

I guess the best thing to do is make sure the card you pick is pci express 3.0. Really not sure if this board is backward compatible to pci express 2.0, all though it should be.

No.  3rd Generation CPUs are 1155.  This is an 1150 Motherboard.

as with most Asus boards you can OC, you do not have as many options as with the rouge, sabertooth, or pro line. But you can still OC with this board. I just mildly OC with it as stability was more important to me.

Which of the SATA ports is the C: drive that the processor boots from?

You can plug the C drive into any SATA port; usually you plug it into a 6 Gbps port instead of one of the 3 Gbps ports (because 6 Gbps is faster).

Then in your BIOS/UEFI you tell it which of the SATA ports to boot from (the one you decided to plug your disk into)

Can I put use G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) ram with this motherboard?

Yeppers! I will tell you this from experience with that combination, though: the RAM slots are extremely tight and you will need to put no small amount of pressure on them to get them in. When I installed mine i thought they were properly seated, attempted boot up multiple times, only to find I had to completely remove the RAM and ensure it got 100% seated before it would boot. Also, make sure to reference the manual and install them in the correct order (1st DIMM into slot 1A & then the next one goes in either 1B or B1- can't remember, been a while).

Could you use this as a gaming pc with this motherboard and are they compatible with intel products?

Yes, But keep in mind that it only has 1 slot for a video card. So SLI or Cross Fire will not happen on this board. But other than that it is a great board.

The two blue ports are the 3.0 ones.
Black ports are 2.0
