How loud is this card?

The card is pretty much silent, when you run some intensive games however you can hear the fans running but if you're wearing headphones you won't notice.

Question 3

Which is the default output for this card?? Is it DVI or the output will show on any port which is connected to the monitor. I wanted to make sure the bios screen shows up on all the port which is connected to monitor.

I don't think you need to worry about this. Video cards will detect automatically. At least one of your screens connected to this will show the BIOS (if you have more than one screen).

Will this work with a P9X79 motherboard?  I know it will only be pcie2.0, but will still be a major upgrade from my gtx670.

it is compatabile with pcie 2.0  so if your motherboard has a PCI express slot and the correct pcie driver for your motherboard chipset, should not be a problem, I'm currently running mine at 2.0 and it performs strong, different motherboard than yours but on a pcie x 16 express slot.

Does it overclock well? And if so how do I overclock it? Sorry for my lack of knowledge, this is my first time building a pc and I know nothing about overclocking.

I've only just toyed around with overclocking the card, and it seems to overclock pretty well. I got an extra 200Mhz on the GPU without really any effort at all and without changing any voltage settings.

This compatible with i5-3570k processor?

I used the card with exactly that processor and it was fine.  You maybe able to get a few extra FPS with a newer cpu but nothing that would change your overall experience.  I would wait on buying any card as the current price is $100 more that what I paid more than a year ago.

Will this card work with a msi b350 motherboard?

As long as it has an pci express x16 it should. However to get full speed I think you need a 3.0 I have mine in a 2.0 and it runs well. Be sure that you have a power supply that can cover it and everything else. I run a 750 watt with an overcooked I5 processor and it covers everything just fine.

Can you SLI to cards?

Nope. BTW, the "Dual" refers to dual fans. That may cause some confusion. It cannot be linked to another card via a sli bridge. Sorry.

What color is the LED?

I don't believe this model has an LED. I'll check when I'm near my PC again.

Can I run two HDMI monitors from this card using the two HDMI ports? Does the second port drive a monitor?

ASUS offers two hdmi ports, so yes you can drive two monitors simultaneously.
