I don't know what you are on about, I have the card myself and it went loud once but besides that, it never went loud again. Either you don't have card or you do have the card but you have bad luck. Either ways, Your headphones should block the noise so.

The power supply is too weak for the RTX 3050. The recommended power supply wattage is 600W. I run a Ryzen 5 4500 in my system and it works perfectly I wouldn't see an issue with you running it with a I5 11400.

I highly doubt it would be incompatible.  After all, you're dealing with the same manufacturer as your motherboard. I too bought this model. I have an ASUS Z590 Plus WIFI board. The graphics card works like a charm. Don't be alarmed if your fans do not work at the beginning The fans are temperature driven. It is called 0 db Technology. The purpose is to eliminate unnecessary noise, a stop mode halts all fans when the GPU temp falls below 50 degrees and power consumption is low.

I would also suggest obtaining the current drivers from NVIDIA. They also supply software that the ASUS website does not.
