Pros: Solid Construction, attractive shroud, not to light, not too heavy
Overall Review: I didn't see a lot of reviews for this card when i bought it, so I've decided to go ahead and write one myself. It's a 1070 Ti so it crushes most games max setting @ 60fps. When I did read some reviews, I saw people saying the card was "too hot" and "too loud" and in my opinion, this is not the case. I understand its a reference style cooler, but the heatsink within the shroud is a pretty decent size, and running extreme burn in furmark this card only heated up to 78-80 degrees at the very maximum. A bit of fan noise, but not noticable inside of a case unless you put your ear directly to the glass. After my first run in furmark, I set my own fan curve and low and behold I brought the max temp down by two degrees. To conclude, this card is phenomenal and I was lucky enough to nab it for 300 USD which is an absolute steal.
Pros: Price, Asus reference cards are always just under the price of other aftermarkets, but they cool and work great
Looks clean and works well, strong fan to clear heat out of case
powerful gpu with great power usage (low tdp compared to others high end cards)
Stays cool, under full load fan only needs to be set to 60% to keep it under 73 degrees Celsius.
Cons: Really don't care for the DVI port, would rather it have more space to vent air instead of the dvi port.
not really a con, it is loud, but unlike the other reviewers on here that ding it for this, I've had enough cards to know if you buy a reference card you are not buying it to be quiet. Honestly don't ding a product because you make an uneducated decision, all reference cards that cool are loud.
Overall Review: Considering this card was 100 less than all other 1070 ti's at the time of purchase, I think it was a good deal for a clean looking reference card.
Pros: Plays everything on ultra great. You can easily, and I have, paired this in SLI with a 1070ti card of different make and model because NVIDIA did NOT allow manufacturers to overclock this card.
Cons: The support on SLI is dwindling I am guessing because somebody doesn't like us getting better performance for the buck. They don't make these anymore so used or rebuilt is your choice I guess.
Overall Review: ****change the settings on your video card software (I use MSI afterburner) changing the stock fan curve -which sucks according to me- into basically a 1:1 ratio of temperature to fan%. Start on the fan curve graph at 30% minimum from 0C to 30 C. Then make it a straight line up to 90% and 90 C. Then review this awesome, amazing card.
Pros: Runs all my title maxed out 2560x1080.
Quiet on stock fan curve
Cons: Easily goes into 70c territory
Overall Review: I mean it's a 1070 TI with the reference cooler so I knew what I was getting into temperature wise. I created a Fan profile and I hardly break into the 70's now. Keep in mind I have an Antec 1200 case with way too many fans to allow great airflow. I was coming from a GTX 1060 that would never see the 60C but I need a bit more power and for the price I got the card I cannot complain. If you are considering this card, make sure you have good airflow.
Pros: I bought this during the holidays, so I think i got it for about $350. Considering I ran gtx 780 in SLI this card is absolutely amazing. I only run at 1080p for the moment but thanks to this card I can run AC Odessey maxed out at 60fps with the resolution modifier at 1.6. If it wasn't $500 I'd probably buy another just cause lol
Cons: Can confirm it does run a little on the hot side and is a tad loud but if you have headphones who cares?
Overall Review: 12/10 would buy again
Pros: Works great. Super solid. Tackles anything with ease. Playing, developing and rendering games is not a problem.
Cons: It does run a bit hot at times, but nothing out of the ordinary. I'd buy it again to bridge if I could.
Pros: -single 8 pin connection
-works amazingly well for games
-not as bulky as the Asus Cerberus
-perfect for those chilly winter days since it's a blower style
Cons: My only complaint is that this card runs 10 degrees hotter than my 1070 ti Cerebrus. If you don't mind the heat that this card outputs, it's not a bad deal given how crazy the prices for 1070 ti cards have become.
Pros: This product ultimately did not fit my build and New Egg made me jump through some hoops to return it for a full refund. Ultimately BitPro worked with my situation and made things right.
Cons: Very long delivery time--possibly due to the Covid19 situation.
Overall Review: I did not get to use the product but I had a positive interaction with Bitpro and I would recommend them as a trustworthy seller.
