I tried gtx690 and I had issue with fps I couldn't find the problem until I send this motherboard back to you guys 
and my problem was the ssd  it was bad so I had no chance to try it so sorry I cant' help you

Does this board have built in memory? And whats a good/stable memory to run with this board?

This board does NOT have onboard memory. It does, however, have a large bios chip for newer bios versions. I have used several types of memory on this board, most recently I have used Corsair Vengeance 16gb kit. Works Great, but a little pricey. Kingston Value Ram also very stable on this board.

Will this board work with a i5-2400 (LGA1155) processor ?

Can it replace a GIGABYTE H67M-D2-B3 motherboard with the Intel H67 chipset ?

Yes it will, but it wont run memory at 2400mhz if you get a set of ram at that speed. Only an Ivy Bridge CPU will unlock the board properly so RAM transfer speeds are at 2400MHZ.

That processor will work with that motherboard as the socket is LGA 1155 on both

can i run 2 monitors at a time off this mother board ?

The board comes with on board video.  The on board video has a vga and a dvi out, so you can run two monitors with the proper video cables.

I would recommend using the pcie slot on the board and adding a stand alone video card due to using on board video is going to draw on your processor and system ram affecting overall system performance.  A stand alone gpu does not use system ram or processing power.

I've had good luck with these mother boards.  I have purchased 2 of them.  In both cases I started with a Celeron CPU and later upgraded to creating gaming systems using third generation Intel I7 and I5 CPU's.

Just need to know if this will work with a GTX 960, My current MB does not. I have a i3 2130.  Gtx 580 died, bought a gtx 960.  Also the SATA, can I use the sata 3 and 4, or do I need to goto sata1 (which would be under the GPU.)?

You will  have to be more specific about which graphics card. There are A LOT of cards with GTX 960 chipset. Some will work, some may not. If the card uses PCI Express 3.0 x16 then it will work.  
As for the SATA, you can use any of them.

What is a good power supply to use with this? I want a good one, but don't need to overkill it either.

This is all dependent on which processor you choose and if you are using a external graphics card. I have built 3 systems with this motherboard and all with the Intel Core I3 processor and using the Intel graphics upto HD Graphics 4000 and no external graphics card and a 350 watt power supply is sufficient. Buy a name brand power supply with enough power connections to satisfy your hardware needs. If you are going to a external graphics, Core I5/I7 you will need to up this to at least 500 watts minimum. Brands that I have used are Antec, Thermaltake, Cooler Master, and on occasion Rosewill and all have worked great for me.

I don't see how you could go wrong. That's alot of RAM. As long as its DDR3, I don't think you will have a problem.

I have tried it this way 1 x CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B , works fine for me and this motherboard get 5 stars for gaming , I bought different motherboard because I got sli video card , SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH  , thank you
