When I select this motherboard, Newegg cannot suggest any compatible CPU fan with it. Why is that ?

Most air coolers built for sTR5/sTRX5/sWRX9 socket will work, it's just a matter of clearance between the cooler and the surrounding hardware on the motherboard and your case size.
