Pros: I previously owned a 1GB XFX edition of this same card. I bought this edition almost solely to run heavily modded editions of Oblivion & Fallout 3, which can both run up well into the 1.4GB range for VRAM. It has performed admirably. I also have not a had a grey screen crash yet, though it has only been a week. Runs very cool and power-efficient, just like my other 5870 did.
Cons: Software that came with the card was apparently buggy; made Fallout 3 crash to desktop instantly and caused Oblivion to not display at all. But getting latest drivers from ATI instantly fixed these problems.
Overall Review: Keep in mind this card WILL NOT deliver performance increases for the vast majority of modern games. Most games simply won't use up that much VRAM unless you are running multiple displays or have modded the bejesus out of them. DO NOT buy this card unless you know for a fact that VRAM usage is an issue for you, for most people the cheaper 1GB version will perform exactly the same/
