Yes, the VGA card has an overclocking feature. It is an OC Edition with a GPU Boost Clock up to 1770 MHz (OC Mode) and up to 1750 MHz (Gaming Mode).

Question 2

The asus official site tells: OC Edition: GPU Boost Clock up to 1770 MHz (OC Mode)/ up to 1750 MHz (Gaming Mode). Memory Clock up to 14Gbps, while the description here tells:  Boost Clock OC mode: 1640 MH Gaming mode: 1620 MHz. Which one is correct?

It's confusing, but, "3-RX5600XT-O6G-EVO-GAMING" in the title of the item matches the same name in the asus webite. under /us/Graphics-Cards/TUF-3-RX5600XT-O6G-EVO-GAMING/ 
I just ordered it, so I expect this is what I'll be getting.

What are the speeds after the new vbios?

I have not changed the bios on this.  With the AMD Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.1 driver/software it was measuring higher clock speeds then listed without any tuning at all.

I ran Heaven benchmark for only about 5 minutes, and held just fine at 1660 mhz, and getting avg 72 fps on 1080 ultra or high, whatever the top setting is for 1080.

This card when you go to the ASUS website and download the bios, it will download 2 bios files for you so you can flash to a default bios or Q Bios.  The Q bios is supposed to be Quiet mode, less performance but quieter operation.

Without being able to tell which bios mine shipped with I went with the assumption it is on the default since it is performing a little better then the listed 1640mhz, and it still runs quiet in my opinion.

The perfomance for me is a mass improve over the RX580 I had.  I think it is important to note that the only game I actually play is WoW, and the card at stock is more then enough to handle such game. I run a straight 100fps in WoW all day long.

I believe, the bios you get with this is the default one you download from ASUS.  I think this because when the card went on the market Jan 21st there was a hold and did not actually ship until the 23rd.  I'm thinking ASUS being the company they are, went ahead and took care of the bios issues for their customers instead of sending out a product that need correcting out of the box.  Again that is only my guess.  This would be what I would expect when purchasing ASUS products, specially when purchasing from a great vendor such as Newegg.

I hope this helps, I would definitely recommend this 5600XT over the other companies.  Being that out of the box I have seen none of the overheating issues due to fans not coming on, as I have seen from some tech reviewers.
