When making a determination of whether the CPU & Motherboard are compatible, look at the CPU Socket in specifications.  
Both have a AM5 socket, so it will work.

Yes, provided that your CPU is the Ryzen 9000 series, and three support Gen 5. However, if you populate all three, lane share limitations will apply.

Please note I don't know if the Ryzen 7000 series will enable gen 5, as I am currently not using that series. It may, I just don't know.

Yes, but the top M.2 heatsink will not fit. You will need to use a drive that has a heatsink already, like the Samsung ones, or get a 3rd party heatsink from Amazon. I used the 9100 Samsung one with the heatsink included, and it fits just fine.

The memory standard on newegg is listed as "DDR5 4400 / DDR5 4800", however I've seen other people saying they used 6000/6400.  Which is correct?  Would higher MTs be limited to the standard without overclocking?  The processor I'm considering maxes out at 5600.

The memory standard listed is DDR5 4400 / DDR5 4800, but it supports up to 8200+ MT/s (OC) with Ryzen 9000 Series Processors, 8600+ MT/s (OC) with Ryzen 8000 Series Processors, and 8000+ MT/s (OC) with Ryzen 7000 Series Processors when overclocked. Higher MTs are possible through overclocking beyond the standard specifications.

Yes and if you use 2 Gen 5 drives your GPU will run at 8x. I have a Crucial T7000 and two gen 4 drives all 2TB  Windows boot very fast and my 4090 gets way better benchmark scores than it did with my 13900KS I am very happy with the 9950x. I most likely will not buy a 9950 X3D sinc I do more than game.
