Pros: easy to build on solid construction and quality components bios updated for 3000 series ryzen cpu touch of rgb, not too much
Cons: none really, its a great board just be aware it doesn't have wifi
Overall Review: love it, will recommend this board all day
Pros: - Sturdy, fullsize ATX mainboard, with all the features promised - What more do you want? Works just fine.
Cons: - My previous ASUS mainboard of mine came with a great little front panel connector block like this one: https://techreport.com/r.x/buildguide/fp-block.jpg - it would've been nice if this one had come with one of those too, since they're much nicer to set up than having to plug that stuff in with the board already in place. Small beans, though.
Overall Review: - Not much to say, really. It's got some color LED stuff builtin to the board, which is easily turn-off-able in the BIOS, if that sort of thing isn't for you.
Pros: Easy install and it's now married to a Ryzen 1700 c.p.u.. This board has had a little thought put into the layout of it. For once all of the P.C.I.-e slots are accessible and I need all of them for various cards. Usually one is covered by the main video card slot rendering it useless, thanks A.S.U.S..
Cons: none
Overall Review: For a budget board I would reconmmend this one.I wish for once software, hardware designers and others could get on the same page at the same time. Every time M.S. updates others have to update there hard and software and that messes up my system.
Pros: I have a RYZEN 7 3700X ( After I updated the BIOS! Before that. I had a RYZEN 7 1700. ) running on it at 4.3Ghz with a Cooler master Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler! Everything is running well.
Cons: 1. How many case fans you can use is limited! 2. The slots which you plug in the case fans/CPU fans, is HARD to reach without unplug or moving something out of place. You will most likely going to use the molex connectors to wire your fans.
Overall Review: If you use lots of fans in your rig. I use 6 that's with the Hyper 212 Evo CPU fans. and your hands are big. You may need to use chopsticks to plug in your fans or go molex make the inside of your rig look like a nightmare of cables. The motherboard is great tho!
Pros: Comes with the Ryzen 3000 Series BIOS already updated so no need too flash. USB 3 connector Pretty easy cable management
Cons: RGB is better on other boards (not a big deal) Case fan connectors could be placed better
Overall Review: I would recommend is to a friend
Pros: I like the mother board and the small RGBit has, I have yet to turn on my pc though.
Cons: Went to mount my M.2 SSD. Well guess what no mounting hardware for it. Well I contacted Asus and I get this response “if we have spares we will send one, and email you.” Well I took that as a not getting one so I bought a kit with 4 of them. Wish someone would have paid for them instead.
Overall Review: Tip: before installing make sure you have everything listed as packaged.
Pros: It says "gaming" on it in like 3 different places so I know it's legit.
Cons: The ****ing cpu receptacle is close to the ram slots that the cpu fan is touching the cards. Really Asus? Would it kill you guys to add a centimeter of extra space there?
Overall Review: Meh.
Pros: Great quality, Stable. TUF components for long life. RGB SYNC works flawless with RAM sticks via ASUS AURA software. Onboard RGB header. Full size ATX. UEFI Menu is superior to other brands I have used. I enabled the network under network stack in the UEFI bios, bios updated itself from the internet to latest version, No Windows install or USB stick needed, rebooted, set D.O.C.P under advanced CPU settings, it enabled the XMP profile for the RAM and is running at 3200. M.2 PCI-Express 3.0 x4 was seen by the bios and Windows with no settings changes required. It really was a painless setup, I was pleasantly surprised. Other components: AMD Ryzen 5 2600x RAM: 16G Geil RGB Sync 3200 :Memory Model GALS416GB3200C16ADC M.2 SSD: Corsair Force MP510: Model CSSD-F480GBMP510
Overall Review: I do recommend this board, A good set of features in this price range, great quality,
