Pros: Good board asus is always a reliable choice.
Cons: Blutouth will not work.
Overall Review: I have had multiple asus motherboards and this one is no different rock solid and reliable. Only issue is the blutouth will not work its enabled in the bios but will not show up in windows. For me not a deal breaker just keep that In mind windows update could fix it .
Pros: Decent linux support
Overall Review: Frankly, this board costs more than I typically spend, but I acquired it with a graphics card in the shuffle. However, I am really enjoying the features & solid performance this board provides. Highly recommended.
Pros: great lay out, easy to find everything no fan needed for chipset excellent built in WI-FI fan headers, spread around the board AI Suite 3, clear, easy to use
Cons: the TUF stickers on the board, hate 'em USB 3 header is very hard to plug in to I/O shield can be hard to align to bios button what is an armoured PCI slot for??
Overall Review: Another great Asus board. I have had no problems whatsoever. I don't understand some of the reviews. I really hate the "stickers", looks like something a child would stick on the refrigerator. I highly recommend this board, you could do a lot worse , but not much better.
Overall Review: I like the Bios menu, is easy and direct to the point. Good price for the item.
Pros: I like the quality of this motherboard. I will definitely work through upgrades and still provide the power I need.
Cons: None so far. Love it.
Overall Review: I would recommend this to a friend!
Pros: BIOS Flashback feature allows you to flash bios, even if it doesn't POST Troubleshooting LED's on the board are handy
Cons: Back panel (mis)alignment can be troublesome (flashback BIOS button) Sure would appreciate more usb-C ports, or a header for them - saved some money buying this board instead of one with these features though Those ryzen pins are easy to bend All recent BIOS updates on asus.com marked as beta :(
Overall Review: Have been using this a couple weeks, no complaints. On initial install, the alignment was off on the back panel which resulted in the BIOS flashback button being permanently pressed! Did not make for a happy system. I will probably have to use a drill to open up more space for the flashback button. Initially had some trouble with 1 dimm slot not working - turned out I had 2 pins bent over on the processor! Not sure how this happened, as I was very careful on initial install. PSA, double check processor pins for anything out of order before installing. Those 3rd gen Ryzen pins are very thin! Would also appreciate a BIOS update on asus.com for this board that's not marked as beta - the last non-beta release goes back ~5 months, with a 5800x I'm afraid to run something that old
Pros: It has PCIe 4.0! It has WiFi, lots of USB options (more than my Meshify 2 Compact case has on the front panel), PCIe 4.0 m.2 and a PCIe 3.0 m.2 slots, Thunderbolt 3 header. My 1050 Ti video card gave me a problem at first, and I hadn't yet set the boot drive in BIOS. The MB troubleshooting LEDs were very helpful. It's up and running. I haven't built a PC in 12 years. It went together well. I wasn't going for lighting effects, but the AMD CPU cooler and a little LED action on the MB are nice.
Cons: I want to check to see if the on-board video is working, yet. It didn't seem to work, and I used my old video card. MB instruction set is minimal. It tells you where everything is, but a novice might not have enough directions.
Overall Review: I spent a lot of time reviewing motherboards. I wanted future-proof. I'm building for content creation, not planning on overclocking, but I understand this MB is good for overclocking. I went for the B550 chipset MB vs the X570. There's supposed to be fewer features, but this B550 has everything I could want.
Pros: WiFi6 works great Plenty of Fan Headers and ARGB (2)
Cons: Heatsink near Rear I/O tall and bulky Disliked the CPU pin connectors so hookup before putting in your mobo (my error)
Overall Review: I would recommend this mobo for someone who is upgrading their PC (I was rocking the Dell XPS 8100 back from 2010, still works). I wanted to upgrade PC, but i came in a bad time bc of the crypto boom bc a lot of parts have jumped. I was fortunate enough to get this item on SALE. Its a wifi board so I didn't have to transfer old network card in which if I did, I would have purchased the non wifi board. I dont know too much about mobo layout, but it would be nice if the location of the RAM was a tad lower. The iCUE Corsair H100i i purchased does not clear the RAM when i mount on top of the case (Corsair RGB 220T).
