yes, it at least includes that option, I just looked on the back of mine which is mounted. I cant refernce other stores or include a link to the mount i am using, but it is silver, supports both vesa screw patterns, and has roughly a 30 lb capacity, came out of the box ready to hold this behemoth off a panel

Whats the difference between this one and the expensive one?

Just an observation, but I believe the largest contributing factor to the price differences is the maximum resolution. This model has a max resolution of 3840x1080. Many of the more expensive ones have 5120x1440. There are other feature such as number of various ports and their conpatibility, but this seems to be the most significant.
