Will the ZenBook be sent with a sleeve as shown in the pictures?

(The direct reply function does not work to Eddie's answer) Thanks Eddie. Did you buy one? That is very unfortunate. Can somebody of Newegg clarify? How can I buy a product which specs are misleading? I figured the pics are off, since they belong to the ZenBook 3 DELUXE UX490UA (asus[dot]com/Laptops/ASUS-ZenBook-3-Deluxe-UX490UA/). But a research about the ZenBook UX430UA (asus[dot]com/Laptops/ASUS-ZenBook-UX430UA/Tech-Specs/) showed that DDR4 is accurate. For me it was a decisive reason to choose it over the UX430UN (asus[dot]com/Laptops/ASUS-ZenBook-UX430UN/Tech-Specs/) which has DDR3 but a NVIDIA GeForce MX150 , with 2GB VRAM instaed of an Intel HD Graphics 620. Now I am thinking of returning it even before receiving the package.

Can I charge this laptop with a universal USB-C dock?

The Type-C USB 3.1 Gen 1 on this notebook does not support power delivery so you would not be able to charge the notebook using that dock.

Can you upgrade the ram later down the line?

Not sure, but do you really have to? It has 16Gbs and it should be more than needed for this size of laptop and its purposes. I am not sure also if motherboard that comes with it supports more than 16. Often, laptops of this size would have everything on the motherboard, including RAM and HDD so it all would take less space but it won't be possible to change/replace something later.

I am not sure because I promtly returned it the day I received it. I found the keyboard on the laptop, warped, concave in. For this level of laptop that type of defec was unacceptable. So I returned before I used

In ASUS website, there are 4 kind of colors which are separately: Royal Blue, Rose Gold (with NIL* finish), Quartz Grey, Shimmer Gold (standard finish). Wanna make sure what does newegg have for this product? The pictures are off.
