Is there any room for fans to be mounted on the bottom of the case. right under where the GPU sits?

There is room under the grill at the bottom of the case that is right below the GPU. I believe Hyte includes two fans down there with the case but you should be able to swap them out.

I have the Galax RTX 4070 Ti which is 62mm thick and fits with 15mm room between the fans and glass, from what google gives me in a simple search the 4090 with a cooler is 52-54mm thick.
