However, because I work in customer service and have many processes running, it occasionally triggers high-speed operation plus the fan, resulting in about 30 seconds of noise before returning to normal. The heat dissipation is acceptable; it doesn't get hot when I occasionally use the laptop's keyboard and touchpad because I use a stand, mouse, and external keyboard, so I don't really notice any difference in heat dissipation.
