I dislike Win8, is there a way to downgrade to 7?

No, I don't believe you can without purchasing it, But I can assure you this pc is a beast I can run games like Planetside 2 with 100 fps on ultra on 1920x1080 I would try to adapt to windows 8 I personally love it. I hope you the best:)

Is this computer able to be customized in the future? Graphics card updates?

Does this have wireless or is that something I need to buy separately?

The computer comes with an Nvidia graphics card which you could replace with a better one if the future if you choose.

It does not have wireless, only (wired) ethernet.

It has 4 memory slots, of which 2 are populated, so you can upgrade the memory.  Also, you can add an extra SATA hard drive.
