Does this Mask Your IP Address?

I think if your using the AVG secure browser or the VPN it does hide your IP. I have used the secure browser and it works pretty well. I'm fairly sure it's a Google derivative. I haven't used the VPN as yet but AVG usually works well and I do recommend them at the right price.

How is the VPN on this? Thank you for the help. Norton's appears to interfere with Google Shopping feature, often blocking a shopping site from coming up. Be safe out there.
