Yes it can. Im currently using the ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard  and it fits fine .

Will this hold a MSI Computer Corp. Motherboard ATX DDR3 1333 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z87-GD65 GAMING?

It holds my new Asus Sabertooth ATX motherboard just fine, any ATC should fit with more then enough room in this case, i love the case, one of the better quality cases ive seen.

Con: Top 230mm fan came not working, but thats a easy fix to replace it, but i still have yet to contact the support.

I am wondering if this case will work with a liquid cooler with a 240mm radiator? or do i need to get the 120mm radiator?  i would prefer the 240mm one cause the price is almost the same as the 120mm one.

And AIO 240mm water cooler will fit in the top no problem. I even get a 280mm in there but it required some drilling/modding. I had a corsair h110 and it fit, so just make sure the rad isn't super thick.

How many fans can this case hold in total?

This case comes with 3 fans, one on top, one on the side, and one in the back, and there is 1 . The 1 on the back I use a liquid cpu cooler, there is also one in the front to cool the hard drives. All in All you don't need any more fan this case is awesome and you don't have to purchase any other fans. Promise!

How much (average) clearance does it have for a cpu heatsink/fan?

I just used the intel fan that came with the CPU so I can't give an accurate answer but if it is about the same size as the intel fan ull have plenty of space it's a pretty big case and It have lots of room to work with

Does this case have enough room for a Corsair H105 73.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler? It's hard to tell if it will be able to fit in there properly the way the angles of the pictures are, and also how the front faceplate is kind of oddly shaped.

If anyone knows let me know!! That kind of hinders whether or not I'll be able to use this in my build or not. It's a beautiful case and I'd really like to use it.

The case is very open, so water cooling isn't really necessary; however it's a quiet and snazzy alternative to fans. There is room at the top of the case for two 200m fans, so you should be able to fit a 200mm radiator in the top. I will warn you that the top of the case is made of plastic and comes off very, very easily. If you are looking for a case better suited for cooling, I would check out the Corsair Carbide Series Air 540. It's got a ton of room for water cooling and custom wiring that will stay hidden from your components that heat up the most. It's a wider case and costs a little bit more, but worth every penny if space isn't an issue. Overall, keep in mind this Assa case is a little fragile at the top and front, and wire space in the back is less than an inch. It will fit water cooling barely, but I would recommend something else.

i recently bought a "ASUS GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 750" however it was to big for my original case, would this case be big enough for it? if not then any suggestions?

This case should have room for the largest graphics cards. I believe you could have up to 4 GPUs, since the back of the case has 8 slots for expansion cards. (The case can support it, but of course, your MB is what really will determine how many GPUs you can install).

does it support EATX Mobos?

Very doubtful, the ATX mobo i have in there takes up just enough space to slide in my power supply. I dont think it was made for any other, or anything bigger.
