Great with a but 12/3/2019 12:25:03 PM

Pros: 3600 MHz 16-18-18-38

In stock

Not overly tall

Cons: Ordered two single 8GB sticks they don't always play nicely together on my Mobo (x370 gaming plus)

Overall Review: when I used the crucial MOD app it looks like the two sticks I've got have two different skews one ends in a 1 and one ends in a 3. Both will hit advertised timings but won't overclock at all.

Try for a 2 stick kit if your looking for 16GB

Gorgeous, Crazy Memory 8/9/2019 8:06:35 PM

Pros: Very good memory!
I opened XMP directly to 3600 c16, very stable, never blue screen.
I tried overclocking to 3800, which was also very stable, but the memory latency was slightly higher than 3600.
I think 3600c16 is the best memory frequency.
Two 8g items purchased separately were at a discount, which was very cost-effective.
Edie yes!!!!

Cons: none

Overall Review: I want to increase it to 32g in due course.

Reaches advertised speeds/timings with ease 8/5/2019 12:43:52 PM

Pros: Very fast ram
no blingy RGB LEDs

Cons: a bit expensive.
No blingy RGB LEDs

Overall Review: I am using these in an asrock x570 pro 4 motherboard. No issues whatsoever. Slecetc XMP profile and the ram does its thing.

Unstable/Not-booting at 3600 MHz, CAS16 on Ryzen 3000 7/14/2019 8:40:25 AM

Pros: - Nice looking, premium feeling heat spreader design
- Stable at 3600 MHz

Cons: - Does not work at advertised latency on Ryzen 3000 series CPU. You may be better off spending less money on slower RAM.
- Whatever material the heat spreader is made of scratches easily. Just brushing against PSU cables caused some marks.

Overall Review: This ram kit was used on an Asus X-470-I with the latest BIOS (Version 2406) and a Ryzen 5 3600. I set the XMP profile (called DOCP on Asus BIOS) which set up the ram at 3600 MHz with timings of 16-18-18-18-38 at 1.35v. The first time I booted with XMP on, the system seemed stable for a relatively long period of time. I was able to test out games like GTA V and Final Fantasy XV. They played well and never crashed for the hour I played them. I turned off the system and a few hours later when I turned it back on it would not boot.

After some troubleshooting I realized it was the XMP profile that would stop the system from booting. I could not get it to boot at the rated speed/latency manually nor via XMP. I am now running this RAM at 3600 MHz with timings of 18-20-20-20-38 at 1.35v. It passed a memtest86 test with no errors. I am using two of the single 1x8gb kit, not the 2x8gb kit.
