Question 1

Italian, 220 V standard with a 220 to 120 converter to link this to. Have some USA audio 120 V devices ( Audio mixer, keyboards and loudspeakers). Is this device suitable to them?

I'm assuming you have a transformer (220v to 120v), and want to plug this into the 120v output.  While this can work, it is not your only concern:  you need to check the wattage capacity of the transformer and the wattage draw of the device.  E.g., if your keyboard draws 100 watts and transformer can only handle up to 50 watts, you will have a serious problem.  Be sure your transformer wattage exceeds the wattages required by you devices.

Question 2

What size/type of screw/bolt is used for the mounting? It has a screw to make it secure and I've knocked this out my wall one too many times for my taste.

It comes with it's own bolt that goes into the middle of the outlet. I took the screw out of the outlet guard plate and set it aside and replaced it with the one that came with the package. I haven't had any issues with it falling out and it seems secure to me.

Can I use this for my refrigerator ?
