Does this come with monitor adapters/cables?

It's been a while but from what I remember, yes it came with a few different video cables. It shouldn't and did not come with adapters or gender changers.

Anyone know if this monitor is good for watching movies at 24fps?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us in regards to your question. The best way to confirm specs is actually by checking the manufacturer's website. With many of our products you can click on the "Warranty & Returns" tab and you will find the Manufacturer's contact info, including the manufacturer's website. Generally for video playback at 24fps, a monitor with a refresh rate of 72 or 144hz is recommended for a viewing experience without any dropped frames, however for many people unless your eyes are trained to notice the occasional dropped frame, this may not be noticeable. Is the text clear and does it cause eye strain for hours of use? Like in google chrome -- white background, black text.
