Pros: -144 hz is an awesome experience -good size -the curve is nice -no dead pixels
Cons: -The stand is glossy and catches dust and fingerprints Nothing other than that, will be updated if I find any cons
Pros: Nvidia driver update has this as G-Sync compatible!!!
Cons: none
Pros: -The curve and viewing angles look great -Colors are really nice, and the blue light options are nice too -144hz was a huge upgrade for me, looks amazing -Stand was not wobbly or noisey
Cons: -Unfortunately, the first one I received had some minor cracks, but Newegg got me a replacement super fast, and the replacement was perfect. -No VESA mounting which isn't a concern for me, but it is for some
Overall Review: -I got this monitor $60 off, and it was a STEAL. Very glad I went with this display!
Pros: •24in •144hz •Supports G-sync (Due to driver update) •Great colour contrast •Doesn't Flicker when paired with a Nvidia GPU •Good build quality
Cons: •Low pixel density (Really hard to notice, but if you look hard enough you can see it) •Whites need calibrated and adjusted •Not officially G-Sync verified (You can't use advanced settings, only just the basic g-sync function) •Provided cable is low quality •Stand for monitor is not height adjustable •Not mountable
Overall Review: Monitor comes with Displayport Cable and a Powerbrick The stand configuration is strange and the monitor can only tilt for adjustment I recommend anyone that buys this monitor to also buy a separate high quality DisplayPort cable Bought this monitor for 199.99, and 2 hours later it is on sale.. pretty unfortunate
Pros: -Really good viewing angles.. I have a hard time finding when I have to look from to blow out the colors on this. -bright clear screen 24 inches at with a actual black range. My last screen had to be over 10 years old so to get such a cheap monitor with so much range in the blacks is really nice... I'm sure I could spend more and get a richer deeper range of blacks.. but If you been living with hand me down screens before getting this, your going to be happily impressed. -144 hz with 4 ms lag... I don't do competitive gaming and my eyes are really not good enough to spot the lag.. Going to to this from a 60hz monitor is spoiling... and I never can go back to 60 hz now. -This monitor is cheap now.. The first time I got it was priced at 190 dollars, and at the time of this second review in 2020, I got it for under 140 dollars.. They might have a better monitor for sale, but I never know because they keep pricing this one to the floor!
Cons: - No adjustment in the stand. It just tilt up and down. This is not too much a problem if you buy just one screen, because of the great viewing angles of the monitor, and with the curve you always looking at it from a good angle... but since I have two of them and one of them not nearly as tall as the other, and it is kinda annoying they don't perfectly line up on my table. I suspect even though these monitors are suppose to be the same monitor.. somewhere between the 2 years that I got the one from the other there was a design change, and newer now sits lower because of it. It be nice to if the monitor had height adjustment, and they could twist from side to side for say putting them in landscape mode but that would make it way more expensive. And because I'm a cheapskate, I just end up looking at slightly more expensive pair of monitor to get all the other same features, and once again not bother to check if there was sort of adjustable on the stand. So if you are like me... and you plan to buy two of them, maybe don't do that or if you do have about 7 pennies on had to get thing perfect. In any case I don't think this a star breaking deal because these monitors are otherwise about perfect. -the stand it comes on, and the back of the screen is a dust magnet, and it being shinny black plastic does not help. I find disgusting amounts of dust on the back of just the one screen when I clean around here... and now I have made it so I will find twice as much... I wish that those parts was painted silver, or at least had a mat finish instead of the hard shiny black. -the front screen and the front seem to be magnets for messes of all kinds... I'm always amazed by the amounts of dust on the back, and but the front seems to catch all sorts of weird spots on it also. It's probably somehow related to this being a giant electrostatic charged sail shape with a span of 24 inches that sits right in front of a human being.. I'm not sure what they can do about this, maybe there is nothing else that can be done, but I have taken to keeping screen cleaner near by. -There is actually a bit of color variance between the two even if they are the same monitor using the same parts. the older one has a warm red tone, while the newer one has a cool blue to it... You are also probably going to notice a slight bit of color variance between your monitors, and will have to fix it you find something in the settings that make one mimic the other. Its annoying but once you do it, the two should look close enough, and you can consolidate yourself in knowing this is not a issue because you otherwise saved a boatload of money and got a really nice set of screens otherwise. -The color is good, but not the sort of thing you want to try using color correction with... That's part of why these monitors have color variances between them. Its not the thing they mainly focusing on when it comes to designing them. In any case, since I know so many people that do artistic things with computers it does have to be said, this is not a color accurate monitor by any stretch of the imagination, and you will not be able to do photo editing with this. If your doing color correction, video editing, or photo/texture manipulation, your not going to love these monitors... they might be cheap, huge, 144hz refresh rate, and has good viewing angles to boot, but your shooting yourself in the foot if you think you will accurately be able to do color adjustments using this monitor! Use them for anything but that! (In any case this is probably why they are so cheap with all the positives that comes with them otherwise. Its a glaring flaw if you know you will run into it.. but otherwise, its easy to overlook.) -Because I have two monitors I don't actually get 144 Hz, my video card (a GTX 1070) cannot support so much screen real-estate with such a fast refresh rate, I it would let me drop down to 119 hz.. but I went even lower to reduce the output on video card. Be aware your video card might not be able to handle the load.
Overall Review: Oh Hell yes you should buy this! It is probably the cheapest monitor that's about 24 inches, has 144hz, a true 178 x178 degree viewing angle. Don't take my word for it, prices change. Test it with the Newegg search feature! As far as I can tell, This monitor is great if you just want a cheap monitor, and its a treat to boot in the fact it has 144 hz refresh for gaming... It's so good you probably will not mind the fact its got a fixed base. (Unless you want to have two monitors on your desk... but even then you can easily live the issues that could be created.) This thing is so good I bought it twice now, and still have the first running! Even with the issue of them not being uniform looking how they stand or display is negated by the fact they are cheap, and otherwise reliable. The only real issue you should be asking if you want to buy monitors at this price point is are these just for gaming, regular stuff, or anything that requires the color wheel... If you think you might need to use a color picker this monitor is too cheap for your needs.. I mean technically it's fine if your picking the color of your for your RPG charicter while editing it... your not going to make your charicter green using these monitors... but for Photoshop this is monitor is not a great choose... For that, you want to spend a extra 100 dollars and give up 144hz gaming, and shoot yourself in the foot some more by having a 2k display that means your going to have to spend more money on a even more expensive graphic card to deal with it... Maybe you want to do that.. but Otherwise.. When these babies are on sale, it's worth while getting them... and you should not be disappointed otherwise.
Pros: - 144hz (Must need for those who play a lot of FPS games who want to increase their K/D and/or W/L) - FreeSync is great since it reduce screen tear. My old monitor have too much screen tear until I upgrade to this. - Curved (It is great cheapest 144hz curved monitor to buy. Not too curve and not too flat) - Come with displayport cable - Can be Tilt
Cons: - Gaming mode comes with "Aim Point" But it isn't that great. Too big on the screen for most games. (See OTHERS)
Overall Review: - The "Aim Point" in this monitor isn't that great for those who want to use it. Not much option to choose and the games I use it on isn't that great for it. I try it out on games like Arma 3 and it is too big for it since most enemies are too small and the aim pointer is too big. Games like Overwatch is perfect for it since everyone isn't tiny or have to use it on far away enemy. There is no quick option to turn it on or off since you have to manual go to that option, turn it on when you want to use it, or turn it off when you don't want to use it. - Seeing people having problem with this monitor but so far, I don't have any. I don't have any ghosting or other things wrong with it. It working great for me and feel bad for those who are having problem with it. - The manual isn't that great. I guess they want people to push random option in the menu to see what does what on it which I hate to do. Some of the option on the menu doesn't tell me much and what benefit I would have if I change it or what has change when I change the setting in it. - This monitor is respond time is 4ms. For those who are many different side saying "you must get 1ms" or those who say "It doesn't matter". For me, I say it doesn't matter as long it isn't over 5ms. 4ms isn't that bad and it is only 3ms different from 1ms monitor. My main source of heavy fast moving FPS paces game is Rainbow Six Siege and so far, I don't see any difference from it.
Pros: -curved (duhh) -acceptably thin bezels -freesync/g-sync compatible -menu is user friendly (personally like the joystick feel)
Cons: •bad out-of-box picture calibration
Overall Review: In the menu set Black Boost to 3 or 4 and Gamma to 1.8, Super Sharpness: off, and Overdrive[gaming]: off. I got it on sale for $149 which is a steal. 10/10 would recommend :)

Pros: Good price Good colors (once corrected) VA panel for only $230 Curved DP cable included
Cons: Requires color correction in order to get balanced whites
Overall Review: This monitor is NOT vesa mountable regardless of what the description says. This is an error on newegg's part and should be corrected whenever they notice. The screen doesn't seem wobbly to me even though other reviews say it is. tl;dr: solid choice but no vesa mounting. ONE MONTH UPDATE: Monitor still going strong, no issues.
