Comments: I'm installed this yesterday on my ATI x800xt AIW card, and am quite pleased with the initial results. Temperatures went from 47 idle/74 load using the stock heatsink/fan and with an exhaust fan on the side of the case to 38 idle/60 load with the ATI silencer and without the side exhaust. (Temperatures were as reported by ATI tray tools.) I expect performance to improve even more once the thermal paste has had a chance to set properly. The only quibble I have is that the fan duct does not reach the PCI slot in the case, so there's a gap where the warm air being drawn from the GPU can escape back into the case. It should be easy enough to jury rig some sort of extender so that the exhaust goes directly out the back and only out the back, which should improve results even more.

Pros: The fan is very quiet, all the heat is pushed out the back instead of hanging around inside PC, and it looks sleek as heck on the my 9800pro!

Cons: Only thing I have noticed so far, is the fact that the heat exhaust is about 1 cm to short to be flush against the back of my case.

Overall Review: I recommend this product and also other Artic products, such as the Artic Sliencer....

Pros: I own a Sapphire ATi X800 Pro AGP 8x. Temps with stock fan: 50 idle/71 load Temps with this fan: 45 idle/51 load! It's obviously a great cooler, well designed and surprisingly quiet. I mean, it's virtually silent. Great idea to have the exhaust blow the air OUT of the case. Keeps everything else that much cooler as well. Installation was easy and accomplished in under 5 minutes.

Cons: Big, but not too big. It fits in my case, just really snug. I don't mind loosing a PCI slot as I have 2 to spare.

Overall Review: Great product. Doesn't come with thermal paste because you don't need any.

Pros: I own a Sapphire x800 Pro AGP 8x. Used to run around 69-71 celcius while playing BF2. With this fan it never breaks 51 celcius. 45 idle, 51 load. How great is that! Nice design, easy and fast install

Cons: Big. Sits right against one of my RAM slots, but everything does fit in. I had more than one PCI slot to spare, so I didn't mind losing one to fit this fan in.

Pros: Suuuper quiet, looks great, have owned for two years now and not one hitch at all. It's good that the hot air is expelled from the rear of the case and not just mixed right back into the case air volume.

Cons: Rather large (it robs the PCI slot right below the AGP slot, but that's standard issue).

Overall Review: I removed the cooler from my ATI X800 XT AIW AGP GPU and removed the standard thermal paste and used Arctic Silver 5. I noticed a considerable drop in my maximum GPU temp (from 72C to 68C), but I also increased the fan size and count in my case so that also helped alot. As far as my card goes, I had read forums that stated that the RPM controller chip spiked to well above 12V (more like 20V+), I rewired the fan power cord directly to my power supply to avoid any potential burnout on the DC motor of the fan...just a thought for this card.

Pros: Lowered GPU Temps AND Case Temps. Very Quiet For How Big it is.

Cons: Worked Great, Until 7 Days after the 1 Year warranty was up it started grinding.... Takes up the 1st PCI Slot (but what video card cooler nowadays doesn't?

Overall Review: Was a great cooler while it lasted, Kept my X800XT AIW card cooled nicely. Was going to buy another one but they're always out of stock now.
