Pros: Speedy and simple for an out-of-box set up. This computer is lightweight and does the job it needs to do.
Cons: What could be improved would only make this computer cost more.
Overall Review: I think for your run-of-the-mill generic computer this really was a great deal.

fun little linux machine7/20/2021 1:58:36 PM
Pros: -no problems running linux mint 20.2 out of the box
-premium-feeling keyboard and trackpad
-bright 1080p display
-expandable storage
-no complaints about battery life
Cons: -kinda struggles with multiple open applications or 1080p streaming video
-64gb of slow eMMC storage isnt really enough
-extremely cheap TN panel with bad viewing angles
-fingerprint magnet
Overall Review: imo the L510's main advantages over other ~$250 laptops are the display and keyboard. 15.6" FHD screens are rare at this price point, and while the panel on here isn't awesome, it gets pretty bright and looks noticeably better than 720p. the keyboard is a little awkward to type on if you have larger hands, but the keys have a decent amount of travel and tactile response, and there's no flex or mushiness. it won't handle much more than web browsing, office applications, and video streaming (the lightest of light gaming is technically possible -- i got around 25fps playing Islanders at 720p low), but for the cost it's a pretty pleasant experience.
Overall Review: This labtop, i would recommend only to ppl who do not use computer all that much, or for small hobby stuff, for imgs.
One of the big things that hurts it, is it's lack of really being able to multitask, it seems to really so down when watching a video and anything else. 1 good thing, maybe 2, is that you can add an M.2 for added storage, which i would recommend if you're getting this as a gift, or you are an older person who doesn't know a lot about computers, and it you can upgrade the wifi card, sadly you can't upgrade anything else.
Great little laptop for the price5/21/2021 6:18:35 PM
Pros: - Small
- Nice keyboard with backlight
- Fast internet speeds for this kind of laptop
- Gets the job done for productivity
- Fast ram
- And a nice USB C in connection, wasn't expected
Cons: - Processor can get hot as it's not hard to max it out
- Small storage, but can get around with a simple external hard drive
- Comes in S mode so until you deactivate that only things from the microsoft store can be downloaded
Overall Review: This is a nice laptop for productivity and is worth the price, this can easily run office applications with a browser and something else open with ease. I love it and use it daily for numerous things.

Pros: great value for money.
Cons: wireless card doesnt play well with linux. if the idea of grabbing a cheap usb one is extremely unappealing, perhaps look elswhere. it uses the rtl8821ce chipset.
Overall Review: i never actually booted into windows on this laptop, but im quite satisfied.
