Cooler Master Centurion 590 RC-590-KKN1-GP Black SECC / ABS ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Been a few month now, still a very happy man, great case. I'm glad I've made the right choice. Excellent quality, they even left a small opening on the case, positioned directly behind the back of the mobo, where the cpu socket lies, this is for heat ventilaion, and you can add an additional fan there if you want. Excellent idea! btw I've tried 3 different PSUs and they all reach to the correct spots without any extended cabling. So no problem with the PSU unit from my side.

Cons: Hm... HDD cage is a pain to deal with, no reset button, can not install 3 intake fans as advertised since you will use at least one of the bays for optical drive. but hey, this is all just nitpicking.

Overall Review: Great case, buy it and you won't regret. I got 7 x 120mm hooked up with a Zalman fan controller, and I can't be happier with my purchase.

Pros: This case is better than the Thermaltake M9 that this replaced. This case has excellant airflow, it's easy to build, I like the bottom mounted PSU, plenty of places for fans. The HDD cage is superior, perferated front bezel with filter.

Cons: Tooless clamps are nice but, don't clamp as tight as the ones on my Thermaltake M9. No reset sw. However, these 2 items are not enough to drop the overall rating. Cannot add a second case fan on the front without buying an additional HD cage.

Overall Review: It was much easier to install the HD into the Coolermaster HD cage than on my M9, I was able to add a HD cooler with this HD cage but, not on the M9, the power button is built much better than the M9, the side panels are sturdier than the M9, much better ability to use cable mgmt than M9, front bezel is better and can be removed easier and reinstalled easier than M9, better MOBO standoffs than M9. I purchased an additional HD cage from CoolerMaster that included an additional case fan. I added a fan filter between the bottom of the PSU and perforated bottom of case. I also bought quarter inch teflon pads and applied to botton of case feet to raise the case a little and let more air flow into the bottom and thru the PSU. I have a reset switch that I will add to the case if necessary and if I can find a way to mount it. The tooless clamps don't clamp as tight so I just added a couple screws. Not a problem if I only have to do that once. Hope this helped others !!!!

Pros: This case has quality written all over it: materials, durability, craftsmanship, design and appearance. Hardly any mobo/psu install obstruction for possible injury. Great width (mobo/card height) for good clearance away from the side cover when closed. Many many 120mm fan ports, all located with great air flow in mind.

Cons: As with any case, the more holes (fan ports, intake/exhaust vent, etc.) will usually mean the more dust will accumulate when the your system is turned completely off. This is especially true when having airways on the top of a case - this case has 2 large airways. I personally like to place a small cloth/towel or nearby gaming box over the top vents when my box is off. Just a thought. ;)

Pros: This is by far the best case I have ever owned at this price point. Finally, an affordable case with the power supply on the bottom. It has an excellent airflow design. I prefer the lower price point and the option to add my own fans. I am not the best at running cables in my cases. My cases tend to be a tangled web of wires. Cable management was alot easier in this case. It is a must buy if you are building a new rig.

Cons: A removable motherboard tray would be nice. However, it is roomy enough to get by without it.

Overall Review: The construction quality is top notch. I am really impressed with this case. I have never been one to spend top dollar on a case. I usually keep my budget around 80 for the case. Out of all the cases I have bought in that price range this is the by far the best. Thank you Cooler Master

Pros: Roomy case, has room for an additional 4 120mm+ fans with ease. Wide enough for a large aftermarket CPU cooler. I have a xigmatek dark knight on mine and there is still space

Cons: Needs to be just a touch wider so you can put two fans on the side along with a large CPU cooler, there is not enough to stick another fan there by about half an inch or so.

Pros: This case is excellent for the price. It is very sturdy, has excellent cooling, and is relatively modular. The 3.5-inch external bay and the internal hard drive rack can both be moved to any of the 5.25-inch bays. The front fan is attached to the hard drive compartment so it will cool the drives no matter where you put them. The 4 case vents all support 80mm, 92mm, 120mm, and 140mm fans. The case is structured so that you can easily hide cables, which improves the already-excellent airflow. It also has openings for a water cooling system. The simple, solid black design looks nice.

Cons: The fan that comes on the hard drive rack is lit with a blue LED (which some people may like; I just found it unappealing shining through the front mesh). This is easily fixed by swapping it for the rear case fan, if it's a problem.

Overall Review: The case is advertised as toolless, but only the expansion slots actually are. The toolless components on the 5.25-inch bays are a little flimsy and only come on one side of the drive bays, so they aren't really enough to hold a drive perfectly steady by themselves. I generally don't like toolless designs, so this doesn't bother me, but for anyone looking for a truly toolless case, look elsewhere.

Pros: -Great looking case with the minimalist aesthetic that I like. -Lots of room for fans. And also a great case to fit a 2x120 radiator on the top for a water cooling loop. -very modular and easy to route cables/wires behind the mobo tray.

Cons: -If you're using noisy fans or a pump inside the case you're going to hear it. The case is well vented.

Pros: For the money, this is an excellent value. The case is understated and rather elegant, the blue LEDs are not overpowering. Air movement is quite acceptable. I was concerned that the bottom location of the PSU would mean that extensions would be needed. They were not.

Cons: The screwless design used to retain the optical drive caused it to be loose fitting, so I used screws on the other side of the drive; it's now quite secure.

Overall Review: Lots of room for all of my components, opening both sides of the case made it easy to hide the extra connections from the power supply (PC Power and Cooling S61EPS 610W)
