Only Inverted case -- with room, fits a 360mm 5/11/2020 4:10:11 PM

Pros: -fits 360mm radiators (some cutting depends on radiator and fan size)
-big and simple
-fan controller- 3 speeds for all 3 case fans
-shows graphics card fans (if you like that look)
-door opens easy and latches tight
-keeps my build super cold with lots of airflow

Cons: -GPU support doesn't fit upside down so you have to be creative if you have a beefy card like my 1080ti
-power sits up top and usb plugs are at the bottom -- remember everything is inverted

Overall Review: -if you want a beautful looking big simple case that can show off your PC components and it sits on the LEFT SIDE OF YOUR DESK -- window is on right side

good case 7/21/2018 8:41:49 AM

Pros: nice, mature looking quiet case. easy to work with. if you want a simple air cooled case that does not look like a spaceship this is a good choice

Cons: thermals aren't quite what i hoped. swapped fans with akasa pwms and noctua cooler for cpu. happy now

Great Looking Case 6/16/2018 6:54:24 AM

Pros: The case has very clean lines, and looks fantastic.
It's also built well and the edges are rolled and easy to work around.
2 external bays. I still work with circular media.
While the cable routing on the back-side of the case is minimal, there's actually about a 1/4" more depth there than you think because the sides are actually set back a little when the slide on.

Cons: There's a quick-release dust filter on the front of the case which itself is easy to remove. However, to get to it, you have to take both sides off and then the entire front of the case. They really should have made the front face open like the drive shield does, or at least left a hole at the bottom so I could turn the unit on its side and remove it. it's a significant design flaw. I think I may try to find a vacuum wand to get into it with because otherwise I'll be ripping it apart every couple of months for cleaning.

The case also comes with grommets for nearly all of the case holes. Why not all? Seriously. That's a half-done job and one that's easier to fix than most.

The case came with 3 fans, but only 2 installed. Guys, the note in the box saying "here's an extra fan" is cute, but you should have either installed all of the fans or none of them. Also, about the fans, the ones which were installed had the power wires facing out. Per the design aesthetics of the case, they have to be near the back of the case, so I had to remove all of the fans anyway to turn them around.

I'm also not sure what to think about the fan controls. It's got settings and they're PWM. I can't tell whether it passes that on to the fans or not. I suppose it doesn't. Not really a problem for me, but I know it will be for some.

The sides of the "Q" case do not have handles & hinges. The look is cleaner this way, but I was surprised that it was thumbscrews only.

Despite all of this, I still like the case and give it a 4, for now.

Overall Review: There's a box of parts that comes inside a drive bay. Remove the bay, then the box, otherwise you'll wind up ripping out the drive pegs. They're easily replaced, but it was a silly mistake to make.

Great inverted case 5/31/2018 11:55:23 AM

Pros: I needed a right side windowed case, since I can only put my PC on my left side for my current setup. I looked at a few other options, most are pricier but this case was simple and got the job done.

- Right side window / inverted ATX (for those who need this), easy to open and remove window
- Price (got on sale and with a rebate)
- Tool-less drive bays, 3 SSD bays
- PSU shroud / attic, removable panels (if you do want to display the PSU)
- Quiet (at least way quieter than my old Antec 900)
- Easy, magnetic dust filters

Cons: - Only 2 HDD bays, no option to add more
- Cable management, grommets are good but not many cable tie points
- Very wide case, lots of room left open (I didn't go with liquid cooling)

Overall Review: Good case for beginner, intermediate builds. I like it and it works well for me. This is my second "build". I had an Antec 900 for my first build but used it over many upgrades.

Really wish it had more hard drive bays. I like to keep old drives and have backup drives. With this setup I can really only have 1 main drive and one backup drive. I do have an SSD as well and 3 SSD bays should be more than enough for most builds.

Cable management isn't too bad. The front of the case looks super clean and all my cables are run through grommets. The back is a mess though and basically squish the back cover on.

Case is fine, OEM service questionable 3/31/2018 3:00:52 PM

Pros: The case itself is fine. Everything advertised to be. Spacious, quiet(ish), easy to work with. No complaints.

Cons: None with the case.

Overall Review: I waited until there was a rebate available for the case and then purchased it. I've generally been very happy with Corsair products and have several (case, memory, keyboard, power supply) but the prepaid visa card they sent me had already been used at a pizza joint halfway across the country before i even got it. I know this because I accessed the account generated for it when it was created. Very disappointing. Corsair - if you're listening... find a different partner to do this kind of thing, or even better do it in-house and just mail a check to be cashed. Why buy into the garbage and baggage associated with having to use a prepaid debit card? It's wasteful and reflects poorly on your company.

I love this case. 2/17/2018 2:40:31 PM

Pros: Solidly built, and an unusual design to maximize ventilation. Even with a two-fan liquid cooler and a graphics card going, the sound level is very low. Roomy interior made it easy to install the components.

Cons: Corsair recommends you move air in from the front of the case (where there is plenty of room for a two-fan radiator) then blow it out the other openings (one in back, two in the floor). When the time comes that I need to clean the air filter at the front of the case, I'm going to have to remove both side panels and then the front panel, which requires fiddling with eight little plastic tabs attached to the front panel. This is a lot of work for a routine job.

Overall Review: The power supply goes at the top of the case, and when it is fully installed it is very hard to plug cables into it. If I were to do this build again I'd attach all the cables to the power supply first, THEN mount the PS to the case and then attach the cables to the other components. You'd have to do a little study first to know which cables you need.

[In an earlier review I mentioned a problem with the USB 3.0 ports on top of the case. It turned out to be a problem with my motherboard, not the case. Corsair was planning to send me a replacement part but I will send it back if I was too late to cancel it.]

I do not hesitate to recommend this case if it meets your needs. There are some instructive reviews on the web; you should read those because in some ways this case is quite different from what you might expect.

Best computer case bought so far ! 1/9/2018 7:10:29 PM

Pros: Disclaimer: I bought the version without the "glass" window.
- Well made case and solid construction. The installation was a breeze.
- Very quiet compared to my previous case

Cons: - Only 2 bays for 3.5 inch hard drives.
- This design requires to use/stretch the full length of power supply cables
- The USB/Power/Reset buttons are located on top surface. Be careful about potential spills
- Shows little bit fingerprints
- not easy to connect the 5.25" drives due to limited space near the power supply

Overall Review: I recommend this product and would buy it again. I deducted a star due to the limited space to connect 5.25" drives and only two bays for 3.5" hard drives.
- verify dimensions before buying. This case is somewhat larger.

This is the best case I have ever owned. Period. 1/3/2018 4:47:55 PM

Pros: It's amazingly quiet, it has phenomenal airflow, and the looks are absolutely stunning. Build quality is wonderful, there is so much space to work with in the case, and cable routing is perfect. I couldn't be happier with this purchase, I love Corsair cases, and I will always stick to the brand for cases 100%. It was well packed in the standard split foam packaging.

I have never used an external fan controller before, but I am using the on-board unit on the case, and it's just right. Three settings, all of them basically silent with four 140mm fans and a h100i cooler. If I turn everything to max speed, you can hear it, but it's maybe half as loud as it was running in my C70 case. Ventilation filters are now magnetic, and they don't vibrate like the old clip in filters. This is a really good thin, and makes it easy to take out for cleaning, and then there's self-alignment too.

The AIO cooler I have, or just about anyone else using an AIO, will love that you aren't restricted for mounting, you can get it on the front of the case in some circumstances, and the bottom of the case utilizes a 120mm and 140mm spaced track, so the radiator and fans can be slid around arbitrarily instead being forced to one depth.

All in all, every feature offered on the description page works as intended, and in some cases better than expected. This is a quality case, you will not go wrong.

Very clean looking installation, inside and out. I prefer the cases without windows now, as I strongly believe in function over form. I have seen so many builds that are just total bull performance/stability/configuration, where the user/builder was focused entirely on looks. This case has a much more grown-up and professional feel to it

Cons: I kind of wish there was a little less restriction for ventilation in front of the 5.25" bays, I'm using a 6x2.5" SATA drive bay there for my raid array on 2.5" drives, however, the bay adapter I have utilizes dedicated fans and secondary ventilation from the inside of the case, so I'm not really worried. There will definitely be cable crowding up top behind your power supply, with or without 5.25" peripherals.

The (ATX full size) mobo comes up right to the edge of the case divider where the power supply is housed. If you have any sort of connector that faces down on your mobo (up, in this case) you will definitely not be able to use it. I'm fine with my mobo, but there are some with downward facing SATA.

Size. H**y hell on earth, this case is HUGE! It's bigger than my Corsair Vengeance C70, from which I was looking to downsize. Oops. This may not be a con, as the airflow, sound dampening, and working room is absolutely amazing due to the size. However, due to the high air volume, you're definitely going to want to be running at least 4 140mm fans (not including your liquid cooling rad fans) for serious cooling.

Behind the mobo, I feel that a great deal of my cabling is rather smashed. There are no pinches or kinks, but I had to forgo tie-wraps and bundling, and just kind of lay everything out side by side to get the case cover on without hurting anything. It's fine I supposed, but I know it's there. Haunting me.

Overall Review: Some people on other sites have been complaining about Corsairs QC lately, stating they receive cases that have smudged finish in some places. I had no such issue, everything is perfect and in great working order.

I was able to get this on an awesome end of year sale for a sweet price. Even without that deal, you are getting an awesome quality case at full price.

Two 140mm fans are included, I added two more to ensure pressure and flow characteristics for positive pressure cooling.

I'm not using a single one of the 2.5" or 3.5" drive mounts, either, since my 6 disk RAID exists in the 5.25" bay, and my SSD is a PCIe 4x NVMe Intel 750, so I have no opinion to provide of those mounts.

All in all, this case gets a solid 10/10 from me, a very picky and observant engineer. You cannot go wrong with this case unless it doesn't have the appropriations you need for drive bays or something like that, but that's your fault if you order a case without doing your homework, not Corsairs.
