Is the type c (Lan2-4x) a gen 1 or gen 2 cable?

Its actually an adapter cable as an option. Its Gen 2, choose MOBO with care, mine only has Gen 2 on the back panel, so a wasted port! But I didn't buy the cable.

Do the fans that come with the case have a pwm connector?

Yes they do. 5v that is addressable with most platforms. It is not 12V. I'm on MSI's Mystic system and it works.

Can you put the radiator of a CPU cooler in the front and move 2 of the front fans to the top?
CPU cooler size is 360mm

You can fit a 360mm radiator in the front with 3 or six fans I believe with the front multi-way fan/rad bracket. Six if you wanted to do push/pull but you would want to verify VGA max length doing it that way. Lian Li's website will have all the specs you need on the case. I don't recommend using the stock fans for a radiator. There isn't enough static pressure.

Yes. I run both, and I'm the black and red fan for a computer. RGB rocks because you can tune your colors! PWM is an automatic cooling setting you set or let your MB run.

I'm getting a liquid cooler does this case support 360mm water cooler? If not 280mm?

The manufacturer states a 360 will fit on the front panel. I put a 280 on the front panel on mine. Also stated that a 240 will work on the top.
