Good keyboard 4/7/2020 10:00:42 AM

Pros: -The programmable keys on the side are very useful.
-The Logitech GHub software is very intuitive and user friendly

Cons: -Not sure it's really a con but the keyboard is definitely heavier than any I've ever owned. Not sure what internal components necessitate the weight but you aren't exactly carrying the thing around so it doesn't really matter.
-The programmable keys being so close on the left was new for me so it took some getting used to. I do still hit the G1 key from time to time when going for the Esc key. That's more of a personal issue than a problem with the keyboard.

Overall Review: It's a no-frills keyboard that just does what you want it to do without difficulty or complication.

'Almost' perfect design... 3/22/2020 5:30:20 PM

Pros: - Extremely solid and reliable construction
- Extremely silent mechanical keys that require almost no pressure with it's Romer-G switches
- Built-in wrist rest
- Fully functional media keys that have a solid feel and function
- Easily update-able firmware and easy to use software to program 'G-Keys' for macro inputs
- Optimal range and responsiveness almost like having a wire (but you don't and can't)
- Can be paired with almost any device via Bluetooth feature
- Ability to disable/enable entire keys during gaming or other functions with the literal flip of a switch
- Logitech Customer Service is ALWAYS an excellent choice
- And more...

Cons: - EXTREMELY heavy to the point of almost being BULKY
- 'G-Keys' are extremely close to other commonly used keys which causes misuse
- No recharging capabilities or option to go wired
- No RGB or lighting functionality whatsoever
- Impossible to move with the excessive amount of rubber padding underneath (not really a con to some)
- Very tall keys (hard to get used to if you are moving on from a slim keyboard
- Oh, did I mention the fu***ng 'G-Keys' are so fu***ng close to the other keys?

Overall Review: Some of the Pros and Cons may not be Pros to some and Cons to others. But overall, yet another amazing product from Logitech. There's a reason I've been with them for over a decade now and refuse to move on to other brands.

The home row keys are a mess 2/11/2020 2:33:52 PM

Pros: When this key board works it is a lovely experience to type with. It doesn't have the back lights which is nice since they really don't add anything.

Cons: This keyboard broke within 2 months. the home row set is quite broken. at random the keys from caps lock all the way to the number 4 starts typing usually in pairs. now it might be because I spilled a drink on this but if one spilled drink can do this then its a nightmare you can't just assume that a drink will never spill on it. in the middle of typing the pros section k4+SAFHK;\
;\ suddenly came in the middle of it. I copied and pasted that section in and the line break is there because it does effect the enter key which when not working makes for a pain trying to search for solutions. Once I get a new keyboard I'm going to tear this thing apart to see what happened inside to make.

Overall Review: When it works it works great, but mine at least seems is only mostly dependable with the keyboard randomly deciding that the home row keys should mess around.

Captive Market but does alright, lack of programmable keys 12/15/2019 6:50:22 AM

Pros: - Wireless mechanical keyboard

Cons: - G Switches aren't really programmable and get in the way
- Poor quality key caps
- Romer G switches are pretty bad

Overall Review: Okay, I have a large setup with 8 monitors, so I quite often have to physically move my keyboard a few metres from one end of the desk to another depending on what I'm working on, so a wireless keyboard is a HUGE creature comfort for me, as are mechanical keys. So when it comes to wireless mechanical keyboards - this is the only one widely available at a somewhat reasonable price.

Coming from a Das Keyboard 4, the Logitech immediately feels inferior from a quality-perspective. Are the letters just stuck onto the key caps? They protrude and it feels odd. The media keys are an enormous step down from the Das - instead of a magnificent volume knob (seriously why is that not on ANY other keyboard) you get a few poor quality buttons, but not the end of the world.

The Romer G switches feel terrible, though I'm still getting used to them. My Das had been modified to have Cherry MX Clears, and originally had Browns, and the Romer G tactile is closer to the browns, but are nowhere near as satisfying to type on.

Else from a typing perspective the keyboard is fine - it's wireless, and it's mechanical and if its your first time mechanical keyboard purchase you will be happy with the step up over membrane boards. It's nowhere near as good as the Das, but its also a lot cheaper so I'm not particularly unhappy with that.

The only quirk is the G keys (macro keys) lined up on the left of the keyboard, so you will be constantly pressing "G1" instead of "Esc" or "G6" instead of "Ctrl" for the first few days of use until you get accustomed to it. But hey, worth it for a few extra programmable keys right?

Wrong. The programmable keys are barely programmable without constantly having Logitech's bloated G Hub software running in the background. Without GHub running, the G keys simply act as duplicate F keys (e.g The G1 key is the same as the F1 key). In GHub you can assign the key a different value (I set it to F13, and then had a DisplayFusion Script binded to F13) but as soon as you close the GHub software the keys revert back to F1-F6. Moronic. Why aren't they set as F13-F16 at the hardware/firmware level? There's also no internal memory, so if you set up a key binding on one PC and then plug the keyboard into another

I was going to buy 100+ of these to replace all the office keyboards, but work policy simply won't allow the GHub software to be installed on their PCs so you end up with a row of keys that do nothing except screw up your coordination.

For me, I'm undecided on whether the wireless convenience outweighs the stupid unusable G keys. At this current moment I'm leaning towards returning it and getting a WASD keyboard or something similar.

Again, this is effectively the only wireless mechanical keyboard on the market that matters (no idea why that is) so it's not as bad as it could be considering it's a captive market, but its also nowhere near as good as it could be.

This is our third Logitech G613! 10/19/2019 10:38:11 AM

Overall Review: We are not gamers, but we use these in our bookkeeping business. Excellent key actuation, less mis-typing, comfortable, relatively quiet and the batteries last a very long time.

High quality materials and build. Very sturdy and durable.

Plus, it is really nice to be able to instantly switch to type on our iPhones and tablets with these keyboards.

We cannot recommend the Logitech G613 highly enough!

I play online rpg's with no discernable lag.

Overall Review: Excellent keyboard, would recommend highly.
Be aware there's no back light, if that's important to you.
