Next Level Racing Wheel and Flight Stand

Pros: EZ to put together. Very solid (with minor tweaks) Zero movement when open. Still fits in my chair space in front of my desk. No room to attach a wheel to my desk. Flight stick mounts are perfect. Again no room on my desk so this worked out perfectly. It might be heavy for some but I can fild and move/store it with ease. Note on folding. I have long legs and sit low when using my bed for a more F1 position. so my Thrustmaster pedals stick out. The unit can't fold all the way. Stays open about 4 inches. This by no means reflects on the stand in any way. It will fold fine for 99% of users. FYI if you use a brake stopper mod install it before mounting pedals.

Cons: Very minor issues. The wheel mount can flex with overzealous pushing or pulling on wheels. It has an extra bracket for high force units. I had to use some magnet tape to fill a gap under the wheel braket. Zero flex now. After a lot of Project Racing 2 VR the wheel arms would move a bit inside the legs under heavy use. Again. Magnet tape fixed that very small issue. Again. It's very minor and the stand works fine without it. I'm one of those 1 neg always in review guys.

Overall Review: Highly recommended. I plan to add the seat soon. I use this mainly with VR sims and it will eventually stay setup at all times. If your on the fence with this purchase just get it. It has not let me down yet.

Pros: Solid build quality, assembly instructions with color pictures are above average if occasionally ambiguous, decent height adjustment, future expansion possibilities if desired. Be aware that this unit is HEAVY but that is both a pro for its build quality as well as a challenge for any portability.

Cons: Customer service is available only through a message portal on their website which apparently sends the message to a digital round file. No phone number available and no responses to my inquiries. The product is advertised as pre drilled and ready for Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS installation (which it is for the joystick) but no mounting solution included for the throttle (ergo my unsuccessful attempts to contact the company). Also claims to be predrilled for Logitech rudder pedals yet mounting points don't line up. It is functional just placing the pedals on the plate and using the included plate stop but I'd rather have these fastened if possible yet can't find those answers

Overall Review: After quite a bit of research and comparison I decided on the Next Level product for a flight simulator setup based on reviews and the company's product description. Although this is a modification of their racing stand (the primary focus of the company) I liked the positioning of the flight stand option for joystick and throttle positioning (which are fine) and not having a bar between my legs when using the pedals. Also the build quality seemed better than comparable products. You can read my pros and cons in this review but I'm lowering a probable 5 "egg" review down to 3 for the lack of out of the box mounting ability for Thrustmaster and Logitech products (as Next Level advertises) and especially for their lack of any sort of obtainable customer service.

Pros: This wheel stand is rock solid. It is so much better compared to single-pole wheel stands as it does not flex under aggressive use. Pedals platform adjusts forwards and backwards. Wheel moves up and forward *at the same time*

Cons: If you want your wheel higher but not closer, you can't have it that way. Its both up and forward, which may or may not fit your particular preference. The shifter extension arm does require a bit extra tightening to be sturdy... It does have some flex to it, but still much better than other products.

Overall Review: Highly recommended, especially at the sale price right at the 200 mark.
