It comes with a single-ear earbud with a microphone in the cable part, can toggle the mic on and off, and connects directly to the wireless controller via a 3.5mm aux headphone jack, whoch is good because other aux headsets will work with it too, the audio quality for the earbud is surprisingly good for what it was, at one point i thought it was still coming from my tv.  Hope this helps
