Is it possible to fit a EEATX (13.68x13) motherboard such asSUPERMICRO MBD-X8DAH+-F-O Dual LGA 1366 ? Thanks.

I don't think it will fit. I have an Asus K8N-DRE motherboard, which is EATX (12x13) and there is only about a quarter inch of clearance all the way around. There is the hard drive cage to the front or the powersupply on top which you'll run into depending on the dimensions of your board.

Will a regular ATX motherboard fit in this EATX case? Screwholes, ports, etc...

Yes a regular ATX motherboard should fit in this EATX case. Since i believe that the only difference is that the EATX case is the same just slightly larger (extended).

hi does the power supply have EPS 12V 8 Pin connector?

Yes - I plugged it onto my Z97-E board next to the CPU. There are extra too.
