Pros: This bag more than filled my need for a backpack to carry my 17" laptop and a weeks worth of clothing and traveling supplies. I was traveling Europe for more than four months solely with this bag. The stitching held up completely and the padding on the laptop pocket was quite sufficient. The pack expanded well for everything else I needed and it carried my 39lbs of dry cargo over eight different countries on my back through snow, sleet and rain. This backpack was definitely worth the money.
Cons: Its a large backpack, not exactly a con; however, it made using it as a carry-on onto airlines(especially budget airlines) difficult. But most newer model passenger aircraft had no problem fitting it into the overheads.
Overall Review: In general a great buy. The quality rivals that of military counterparts I have and I was very impressed with how well it held the weight to my back. I would recommend this bag to someone looking to do some serious hauling.
Pros: Just got mine today and I wanted to see what it would hold.
-Gateway P-172X FX laptop (17" WS)
-G5 mouse
-Eclipse 2 keyboard
-Razer Piranha headset
-Xbox 360 Remote
-All my school books and supply's (a lot of books)
-PSP
-shirt, pants, and a pair of air forces
If you hesitating to buy this thing because you think its not big enough don't worry, it is.
Cons: None at all.
Overall Review: Fast shipping as usual from Newegg, 3 days is no lie.

10 months and still strong!8/19/2009 10:13:37 PM
Pros: Great for everything. Withstood 6 months of me being stationed in Afghanistan. Got it in October 08 and have not had any problems with it since.
Cons: nothing that i can think of.
Overall Review: Really great bag for my laptop and everything else i take to work with me daily.
Pros: The laptop fits in its respected place in the backpack perfectly. It has enough compartments for all the extras (mouse, power cord, external floppy, LAN cable, etc.) plus my portable gaming systems, MP3 Player, and anything else I might bring along.
Cons: I feel as though there should be more padding around where you put the laptop. However, as it is it's good enough. As long as I don't slam the bag against a brick wall, it should be good.
Overall Review: If you have a 17" notebook, then you don't have a lot of options. These large gaming machines have trouble fitting in most carrying bags, but this one works great. It has plenty of straps to help distribute the weight of the laptop plus extras, so although it's heavy it doesn't feel so much. Overall, I reccomend this product.
Pros: You will have not problems fitting everything you can think of in this bag. I have a 17" wide and there is space to spare, plus Im able to fit accessories, food, change of clothes and other electronics in here at the same time
Cons: I'm 5'9 and 200 pounds and this thing still swallows my back all the way past the top of my but.
Overall Review: Im in Iraq and I have to travel alot from base to base. So I need a bag to fit on my back, hold all my stuff and take a beating in the process and this is everything I could have asked for.
Very Large, fits 18.4" Laptop and lots more5/12/2010 7:23:46 PM
Pros: > Tons of cargo space and lots of different compartments. Easily fits my 18.4" Toshiba Qosmio x505-q880 (in padded compartment), 14.1" Thinkpad z60t, several binders of notes, a couple large textbooks, laptop accessories, umbrella, pens, tools, accessories, etc. etc.
> Adjustable shoulder straps are wide and comfortable. Also has a waist strap, but is narrower and less comfortable than the shoulder straps.
> Despite large size, does not feel cumbersome.
Cons: - Could use a little bit more padding for the laptop compartment.
- Is not waterproof.
Overall Review: * Works well with both large and small loads, thanks to great variability in straps.
* After several weeks of regular use, I have not noticed any wear on the bag.
