Pros: Plenty of room for everything although the fan at the top may get in the way of some motherboard 4pin connectors (mine is like right under it) no biggie. Also the power supply this came with is also a Thermaltake and I never had a problem with the last Thermaltake PSU I had so I figure this one should be just as good. And this isn't a combo as in it is sold as one item. $144.99 for the case alone, and $179.99 for the case with a Thermaltake PSU. On google shopping it I found just the power supply for around $100 (doing the math - I payed 35 dollors for the PSU, saving about $65!!!) just BUY THIS !
Pros: Great Case mother board fit perfectly also did my cpu cooler. Video card cleared also and psu being on the bottom is a +.
No issues with lights burning out
Cons: back fan burnt out about 6 months after purchase i'm sure i could of RMA'd the fan but, bought a better one for 10 bucks.
It does collect alot of dust so be wary and keep your PC clean.
Overall Review: Wish it had a quick disconnect on the side.
Pros: Great Looking case inside and out. Colorshift LED fans = win + decent airflow. At the same time, the fans are super quiet and the front intake has filters.
Pretty decent price for Modular PSU and case together.
Matte Black not glossy, so not so many fingerprint issues.
Cable management is pretty nice, includes clips behind the mobo tray.
PSU cables are pre-sleeved, as are most of the wires running of the control panel.
Front bezel removes easily.
cut out in the mobo tray for the CPU matched up well with my mobo.
Plenty of room for a tall cooler even with slightly concave side panel and huge fan.
also, nothing DoA or broken in transit!
Cons: 8 pin connector on the PSU is a bit short to route behind the tray and plug into the mobo (the access hole is a bit small too).
I kept wishing the mobo had a little more clearance around the top and rear fans, I finally took them out so I could work my fingers into the areas where things needed plugged in.
Another cable management hole on the top of the mobo trary (front) would be nice for routing cabling for optical drives.
Sleeving on the USB header / audio header cables were not shrink wrapped leaving some exposed wires between the end of sleeve and the header; the sleeving also had a weird feeliing to it. Cabling for the power switch, LED, reset and HDD activity lights were not sleeved at all.
Back panel feels a bit flimsy, I had to be very careful when popping out the I/O panel as well as the PCI slots in order to not bend it.
No window on the side panel.
Overall Review: Pretty happy with this case once I got everything put together. There's a good amount of room to work with on the inside a lots of places to hide extra cables (modular PSU helps as well).
CPU: Intel i7:930
Cooler: Zalman CNPS9900
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R LGA 1366
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tracer DDR3 1600 (2GB x 3)
GPU: MSI N460 GTX Cyclone 1GB
HD: Samsung Spinpoint F4 2TB (waiting til after taxes to upgrade to SSD for the OS
excluding the HD, WEI of 7.5 w/o any overclocking.
Pros: Very large case
cable management was easy
Large after market CPU cooler fits no problem
long GPU fits great
the 2 SSD slots are nice since i have ssd raid 0 setup
the fans keep everything nice and cool
the PSU is plenty of power for the 5850 GPU 2x
4HHD and 2 SSD
2 optical drives
Cons: none found
Overall Review: great case and PSU I am digging it
Pros: Great case, keeps components cool. cheap everyone likes not spending money.
Cons: Top exhaust fan went out 2nd day of use and the fan speed control does not work.
Overall Review: The reason I gave this case a high rating with stuff being broken on it. Is thermaltake. I called them up, they sent me a email. I followed the instructions. I have a new fan speed controller and the 240mm top exhaust fan on the way to my house right now. Unlike newegg that tried to make me send back the entire case. Get it together newegg. You use to be a really good site that worked with people. No you just have cheap parts.
Pros: Great Looks , Extremely Quite Fans,Fans move alot of cool air, Plenty of room for future expansion, 850 watt power supply. Quality built , have ordered 2 more for friends builds.
Cons: None as of the time of this!!!!!
Overall Review: Nothing bad, but to get the rear fan wire to reach mother board plug had to reroute just a bit. You have to remove the right side of the case which was already done to build and do cable management, then just remove the fan wire from the cable loom and relocate it the next loom. Plenty of extra cabling for the modular power supply.
Pros: this is a incredible case. plenty of room for everything, the power supply is great. love that they sent extra cables for the PS in case you needed them. everything fits in quick and easy. the fans so far are doing a good job of keeping everything nice and cool, did not know they changed colors when i got it so that was a nice bonus for me.
Cons: the only thing about the case i did not like was that the back cover for the expansion slots are not reusable once you take them out. so if you remove a card you end up with a open slot in the back of the case. not enough for me to take an egg, i always have extras around from other cases.
Overall Review: make sure you open both sides to find the back fan plug. i pulled it out from behind the side and plugged it into the mobo.
Cons: None
Overall Review: This was worth every penny
