I don't have the exact numbers, but think about the size and weight of a smaller tablet style cell phone or aprox  4" X 3.5" X .5" and maybe about 6 to 8 ounces? It's easy to carry in your pocket, but it has a piano black gloss finish so if you don't want that scratched up leave in it's own little pouch / case and be on your way :)

Is this compatible with I phone 5 ?

Yes, except you need an iPhone 5 lightning cable to micro USB. The charger output has a standard micro USB connect, which is what you typically find on Android phones. The charger has more than enough power to charge any iPhone or any iPad, even the full size 3rd generation iPads and iPad Air, which require 2 Amps. This is a very good charger, about the best I've seen.

Will this work for an iPhone 4G?

Yes, you will need to use the charging cable from your iPhone.  The cable it comes with can be used to charge this battery pack and a number of other cell phones.

I do realize it's compatible with iPhone 5, but is it compatible with the iPhone 5S? I have heard it is more strict than the 5 when it comes to cable and chargers. Thanks.

you shouldn't have any issues. Pretty much all mobile devices run off of a .5 amp plug. Don't be too mislead by the compatibility list.
(also ignore that one port is a "dedicated" idevice port, same thing as the other) other wise the batt works just fine got mine on a similar sale not too long ago

For the rest of the world, like all of these battery packs this has a standard sub port. So, if for example you have a sub device where you normally charge it using a computer USB port, a wall adaptor with a USB port, etc than this will work fine.
