Pros: -relatively well made -price is fair -looks really good -cable management is decent enough to create a rather clean install
Cons: Now, I've owned this case for about a month. Built my first PC in about years in it and when I first got it I thought it was pretty nice. I don't want to be too hard on it because in all fairness it is a decent case...and it looks great. However, after building in it there are there are a few things to be conscious of at the start...if these don't bother you, then I say go for it. There is very little room between the top of the motherboard and the top of the case. I had to be a little rough with my corsair cables to make the turn to plug them in. You would have less of a problem with custom sleeved cables, but even then it would be tough. Installing a fan, much less a radiator,is all but impossible. So if your thinking top mounted fans and/or radiator, you may want to look elsewhere. The basement has only a few slots next to the motherboard for cables, which makes running larger power cables like video card 8 and 6 pins, especially in SLI/Crossfire a little messy and troublesome. Now, here is my biggest problem with this case and could be a deal breaker for anyone, this is my opinion only, so take it for what you will. The cooling on this case is horrible. There is just no way that the two small openings at the top and bottom can be expected to pull in enough air to adequately cool your internal components, especially with todays video cards (I have a Vega 56, water cooled 2700). With the front panel on and the TG side panel on, I could make it about 3-5 min in a game, let alone stress testing. As soon as you take the front panel off, things cool down immediately by at least 10c. I had to modify my front panel to get this thing operable. Other than a few other little personal quibbles, that's about it, so in closing....
Overall Review: I would recommend this product for smaller, lower TDP builds, but with some caveats. I'm sorry for the rambling but when building a pc, on a particular budget and without a place to actually look at these things a review is sometimes all you have. Build quality is pretty good for a sub $100 case, and if you can forgive these issues or get around them, you prob will be ok. Maybe take a look at the Fractal Meshify C for the same price or even Phanteks own Enthoo Pro M at just $10-$20 more and you may be a little more satisfied with what you get. Oh and one more small detail, although the included (2)fans are serviceable, theyre not the best, even Phanteks makes better, much better, so keep that in mind when building your pc and again forget about top mounted fans and especially a radiator. Just cant happen..at least as far as I can gather... and then again I just maybe wrong about all of this and I suck at building a PC... thats certainly always a possibility.
