Pros: the phone seems new to me because it came with screen protect and other cover to prevent scratches.

Cons: As i open the box, I know I failed this time again. it is my second time to purchase phone from Neweggs.ca. the first one is Refurnished Blackberry which the back of the phone has lots of scratches that looks like a really old phone. The phone also missed cable and installation CD. But the phone did works. At the end, I got a gift card from customer service for the missing cable. I thought maybe that is how refurnished phone looks like. So I decide to purchase my second phone from here as a gift. This time, i got really disappointed about this new BB 9700. I bought the brand new BB 9700, but when i got it, the camera didn't work at all. i tried to restart, update system,and everything. Nothing works. the cable connection is loose too!! How I am going to give this phone out as a gift, not even functioning well!!

Overall Review: well, neweggs.ca provide good customer service, however the products they carry is not as good as their service. If you want to run the business in the long run, you definitely need increase the quality of the products.

Pros: The phone seem to work fine. The price seem good.

Cons: The first one came in pretty much bang up. Need better packing inside the box, all items is loose including the phone. First one came with a cover that does not close properly, so ask for a replacement. Replacement seem better but still have some scratches on the leather. Overall don't know if it a new phone or refurnished one.

Overall Review: I would buy others stuff from newegg but maybe not phone.

Pros: Got the phone at a great low sale price with free shipping. The deal was not advertised in the "daily deals" section or on the main page and the price only lasted 48hrs. Good blackberry does most things well. Bold keyboard is much better then that of the curve. Feels great in hand, good weight, build quality.

Cons: In my excitement to buy at such a low price I overlooked that this was a T-Mobile branded Bold, not At&T (it is stated in the product details) Thus, this model does not support the 3g frequency of my provider and is a little slow transferring data as a result - almost unbearably slow!

Overall Review: Phone appeared new and worked fine out of the box, but the plastic protection coatings/covering (like the ones that come over the screen on new phones) seem to have been pealed off slightly in certain areas. Contents were loose and moving around within the box, and the microUSB cable and headset were missing. (not a problem as i have a few laying around from other phones)

Pros: Excellent working piece, Unlocked (no issues faced with the other services), excellent cam quality, nice apps available from BB app world, sound & video quality is excellent.

Cons: Zip aint supported, Gtalk stopped working after a few days, probably its cos of my service provider has restricted it not sure..

Overall Review: Well this is a good & old feature: -- Phone's own security is too high to allow it from connecting it to other mobiles via Bluetooth. So is secured enough but not easy for mob to mob communication.

Pros: I got my blackberry bold 9700 from newegg I was excited. but my exicitment disappeared when I received phone without power charger

Pros: I have used the BB 9700 which I got from AT&T for 2 years now. I love the phone. The keys feel great and love the leather back. I would recommend this phone to someone who is not too keen on a touch screen

Cons: I bought a second BB 9700 (unlocked) from newegg for my DAD thinking it will be as good as the one i have. Unfortunately, although everything just seemed fine on the first glance , when I actually made a call with the phone the voice quality was super muffled. Very different from the BB 9700 I have. I seriously doubt that the BB 9700 that newegg sent to me is original or a unused BB. I am currently travelling abroad and got the BB the very last day I left the US. I am not returning before 30 days and so I wont be able to return it I guess. Long story short. Never buying stuff from newegg again !!!

Pros: 3G, WiFi, GPS, quality 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, high resolution screen, track pad instead of a track ball so no more stuck track balls, plenty of memory for applications, less noisy keyboard than a Blackberry Curve so it's doesn't make loud clicks when you use it during meetings.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Overall Review: Please note that this version contains only the 3G bands for T-Mobile, not AT&T. If you look at the specifications it says "UMTS Band IV (1700/2100)". AT&T 3G bands are 850/1900 MHz so if you buy this for AT&T you will NOT get AT&T 3G service. I know that both AT&T and T-Mobile sell the Blackberry 9700 but the AT&T version has different 3G bands enabled on it than the T-Mobile version. This is definitely the T-Mobile version.

Cons: One thing that really irritates me, the large unlock button on the top likes to unlock your phone when it's in your pocket and start dialing people. When you buy the iphone it comes with GPS software, this phone expects you to buy the GPS software while giving you a terrible piece of GPS software that isn't real time. In addition, there's a yearly fee for the GPS software. The small buttons make it hard to text. When typing abbreviations it will turn the abbreviation into a full word that you didn't want to use. It will crash about once every two weeks and it needs a restart. Battery life after about 6 months diminishes down to one day. To view pictures that I have just taken, I need to restart the phone for the picture viewer to reload.

Overall Review: Consider looking at the Iphone if you haven't bought a Blackberry yet.
