can this print into legal?

Yes, the paper tray guides can be extended to fit legal and the additional paper shoot will also accommodate legal paper

does this come with starter toner?

Yes it does. We have had ours since August this year and have ran 391 copies and the black is just coming off the full level where color is still showing full.

How much does this weigh?

Down in the Specs it says 63 pounds. I don't have a scale handy, but it's a handful for 1 person to move around, so 63 lbs sounds about right.
