Unmatched performance for the value, these are the tenants that guided Cooler Master engineers when designing the Hyper 212 EVO. Patented Continuous Direct Contact (CDC) technology ensures that the heat pipes are free of barriers while drawing heat away from the processor. A PWM fan ensures that fan speed can be intelligently controlled to ensure that it only speeds up when more cooling is necessary.

Pros: before I buy it my PC was heated too much but after never get heated and there no annoying sounds
Overall Review: it's amazing just buy it with out thinking
Pros: Better than most stock coolers performance wise
Cons: Poor construction quality, fan is pretty noisy at higher rpms which is bad news for hotter running cpu's
Overall Review:
Construction notes:
*The contact area for the cpu IHS looks like it was finished on a belt sander with 200 grit sand paper, it is about as flat as if you did it that way as well. Gaps in the mounting surface from the heat pipes means you are using more thermal paste to fill in the gaps.
*Fins are just pressed on the heat pipes
*The retention system is pretty janky in my opinion and doesnt yield great mounting pressure.
If you just want a cheap cooler to replace the stock one, this will work. Personally I would spend some extra money on a nicer air cooler from Noctua or the like or an AIO for a mid to high end cpu. I replaced mine with a Noctua NH-U12A on my Ryzen 3600x, temps are 5~8*C cooler and sound levels are down significantly. That was after lapping the 212's base and replacing the fan with a noctua f12. YMMV
Pros:
QUIET - man is this thing quiet
The price is right
Cons:
This puppy is big, understand the dimensions of this thing before you buy
If this is your first build read the instructions a number of times, the bracketing device can be a bit of a puzzle
Overall Review:
Cooler Master, come on they make a great product - it should get 5 stars buuuttt
Lets talk shipping(and I understand I took the cheapest shipping cost but come on) but UPS to USP! That's really the economical way of moving one box !
- to add to this boondoggle UPS hands it over to USP prior to the 11/11 holiday which USP doesn't work, all this is kind of funny because Prescott USP got the package after the mail sort and someone from our post office made a special delivery(5PM) to get that box to me, 8 days later.
I'm just saying, for holding up the computer build, I didn't think shipping would throw me into a mood -
The details are kind of comical (start from the bottom)

Pros:
* Cools a 120W CPU very well and very quietly (if you don't run it at full blast)
* Does not conflict with tall memory module heat spreaders
Cons: * DOES NOT MOUNT PROPERLY ON ANY AMD CPU ANYMORE... (a design change has rendered the back plate incompatible with the accompanying mounting hardware for the AMD mounting configuration)
Overall Review:
This CPU cooler WAS a great match for my AMD FX-8120 processor on the AM3 socket (before they changed the back plate to support AM4)
The previous version of this cooler had THREADED holes for the AMD mounting configuration and untapped holes for the Intel configuration... this was acceptable because the accompanying mounting hardware for Intel had longer posts and nuts to secure it, while the AMD hardware had shorter posts that were intended to screw directly into the back-plate... with no nuts.
The new design has smooth untapped holes for BOTH Intel and AMD mounting configurations... but the AMD mounting hardware is still short and without nuts to secure it... the mounting components are not interchangeable because the CPU socket height is different... it's also worth noting that the AMD mounting hardware doesn't even fit through the holes that are intended for it... tapping threads into these holes runs the risk of littering metal shavings into your computer (causing instability) and/or stripping out the hole to make securing the cooler impossible.
Overall Review: I have not been able to use it yet because the bracket to connect an AMD Ryzen 7 was missing.
Pros: none
Cons: poorly made, terrible mounting hardware with badly formed nut and bolt threads
Overall Review: buyer beware, do not buy!
Overall Review: Took a while to figure out how to set up, but after I did it cut my processor temperature in half. Wonderful cpu cooler.

Pros: Quiet, when plugged into the system fan on the mother board
You can adjust the speed on the Bios
Cons: didn't fit on my mother board CPU very good (am4) had to screw one of the screws on an angle to install it over the processor.
the cooler was very noisy when plugged into the CPU fan on the MB and began racing up and down
Overall Review: Check out the reviews for your particular board before buying it, if there are a lot of complaints on the fit dont buy it.
