Bearings in both fans shot in less than 2 months. Their return/refund ticket system (Coolermasters) is a joke.

Pros: It keeps my Ryzen 7 2700X fairly cool.

Cons: Bearings in first fan started making noise after 5 or 6 weeks, just outside of Newegg's return policy. Second fan started about a week or so later.
Coolermasters website allows you to create a ticket - but - doesn't allow you to respond to it or add any supporting documents or pictures. I have to create additional tickets to respond to the original one - which they were nice enough to close out on me for not responding. Are we kidding? No. This is exactly what it's like.
The unit is supposed to work with RGB Fusion, it doesn't. So, if you are going for an RGB build, you will need to open your case everytime you want to change your color on the fans and coolermaster logo.
MysticLight can't see it either.

Other Thoughts: I wouldn't recommend this thing to anyone.

This company is a freaking nightmare for customer service. Not being able to respond to anything you create is about the most ridiculous thing I've experienced with a purchase I've made on Newegg...And, it's not their fault. It's coolermaster.

Manufacturer Response:
Hello David,

The ticket system is still being ironed out from our migration to our new CRM system, and agents would normally give you an alternate method to provide requested information. We answer many tickets through out the day, and not all customers have issues responding or attaching files. Tickets will also close out automatically after 7 days if there is no response from the customer's end; we do not close them directly. The fans and pump are Fusion compatible, you would just plug the RGB lines into the included splitter, and the single side of that splitter into an RGB header on your motherboard.

Good budget liquid cooler with good overclocking when combined with good airflow.

Pros: Great bang for the buck.
Does not block airflow in a case like a large air cooler.
Does not take up as much space around the CPU as a large air cooler would allowing easier access to build, repair, work on, or upgrade system.
Looks better than a large air cooler (subjective).
RGB included for price with fans and waterblock.

Cons: All water coolers are usually more difficult to install than air cooling and require more planning and research.
1st case purchased did not work but that was my fault. I thought I could modify it because I am too stubborn to ditch the DVD/ Blue Ray drive.
Initially I noticed a very mild squirting or sloshing sound when the pump ran but that was with the case open. Now I never notice it.
RGB is very basic but and not the most appealing but reasonable for the price. When combined with other RBG elements can look very nice.

Other Thoughts: Bottom line is you get what you pay for. This AIO was $50 on sale. My 8700K did not come with a cooler. It was purchased at a retail store with my other hardware. I also got the ASUS Prime Z370 A. I picked a poorly matching cheap case that I never used for this build because this cooler would not have fit without drastic modding. Thus my realization that liquid cooling and DVD drive bays are a poor match (I should have listened to the salesman). Although I had a hard time believing I would not need my Blue Ray drive ( I ended up hooking my Blue Ray drive up through with a USB 3.0 bypass adaptor). That poorly chosen case went to my son.
I ended up buying the Panzer Cougar S case from newegg. In theory it is a mid tower, the biggest one I have ever played with.
It initially had 7 fans. Now it has 10.
I was able to easily get to a CPU overclock of 5.1GHZ using the ASUS overclocking automated tool and have never had a problem with the system crashing from overheating.
I bought my case just before the Fractal Design Meshify C was released but I love it and prefer it over the Meshify C. The case was reviewed by J 2 cents and got a great review as the best under 100$ case. My case has cool looking front and top aerated partially screened grills for great airflow.
Air flow of my case is probably one of the main reasons I like the ML 240L.
Installation of a water cooler is rarely easy. I wanted to mount it on the top of the case but large heat spreaders on my motherboard made that less appealing than front mount. After reviewing multiple video's comparing front VS top mounting of radiators for water cooling, I realized temperature wise it did not make a difference and I mounted it to the front upper area of my case.
As long as you have good airflow through your case this should be a very effective AIO cooler for you.
Regarding the performance of the fans I have mine set up in a push pull configuration on the radiator now but that was more for aesthetics. When I only had 7 fans I used the included fans in a push only configuration in the front of my case and never had a problem with heat.

Didn't come with enough parts.

Pros: Cools great so far.
Not that loud.
Solid Construction.
Comes with 4 pin Mobo splitter to control the pwm of both fans, and thermal paste.

Cons: Didn't even come with enough 4 pin male to male connectors to hook up the LED's with. Big disappointment as I have to choose between one fan and the CPU being lit up, or two fans being lit up. Fail

Other Thoughts: Would be nice if the thing lit up as advertised. Came with a sealed plastic bag with only 3 connectors inside, needs 4 to work. I know it's rocket science to put the right amount of connectors in the box to make your product work but come on.

Manufacturer Response:
Hello Kody,

Sorry to hear that the factory left you a 4 pin male adapter short. Please contact our support team at support.coolermaster.com about the missing 4 pin adapter, and one of our agents should be able to send it out to you.

Horrible. Wouldn't reccomend

Pros: Looks decent

Cons: First off, the instructions are bogus. I have an intel i7-8086k and asus tuf b360m which is the lga 1151 socket. Upon receiving my item, I proceeded to follow each and every instruction correctly. As I finished setting up the heatsink and bracket, I begin to disassembly my pc. The first instruction is to put the bracket into the 4 holes in the back of the motherboard. This was kind of a struggle. The instructions say to line up the 2 plastic clips to the second indented line on the bracket for lga 115x; however, that didn't line up with the motherboard and so I was forced to line up the plastic clips with the first line. That worked perfectly so ditto to the instructions.
Next, you're suppose to screw the heatsink to the bracket so that it lies flat on the cpu(which is crucial). No matter what I did, I couldn't get more then two adjacent sides to screw which left the pump halfway in the air which is unacceptable. It's worth noting that I didn't overtighten any screws. I sat for 6 hours trying to figure this out before I gave up.
This past Saturday and Sunday, I tried again. I stayed up till 5 am on Saturday trying. Same issue.
I tried again on Sunday as soon as I woke up. This time I tried again without the bracket. I just pushed the screws through. Surprisingly, that worked. I was able to screw all four sides in and have the heatsink lay flat. Finally! Success I thought!
If only. After the heatsink was secured, I begin to hook up and double check that all fan cables were plugged in. They were, so I hit the power button and attempt to boot up...only to find myself starting at a black screen. "Hmm maybe the new hardware needs time to configure," I thought. 30 minutes later, still nothing. I tightened and loosened the heatsink and rescrewed the heatsink and plugged and replugged the fan cables at least 30 times each. I completely took the computer apart multiple times. Mind you, I'd been going at this since I woke up at 7 am. It's now 5 pm.
I finally gave up and reseated the regular old stock intel cooler. To my surprise(I assumed my pc was dead), it booted normally.
All in all, don't buy this unless you want to rip your hair out or have an extra cooler lying around for no reason.

Manufacturer Response:
Hello,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the installation of your liquid cooler. The only part of this liquid cooler that can keep it from booting is if the you don't have the pump, or the fans plugged into the CPU_Fan header(which plugs into where depends on your setup). In any case, please contact our support team at support.coolermaster.com with what you have stated here, and any other information you can provide. One of our experienced agents should be able to assist you with your install.

Pros: -price
-looks good

Cons: -not easy to install
-it keeps my i5-8600 (4.1ghz) idle 38c-44c load 60c-70c , i expected better results
- loud fans
-you hear weird loud noise from the pumb

Manufacturer Response:
The temperatures you are stating here are well within operating temperatures. You do realize that the stated TDP by intel is at the stock frequency and speed of 3.1 GHz right? Once the speed goes above that the temperature rapidly increases(this includes stock turbo speed). Air pockets at times make their way into the pump, but usually work themselves out pretty quickly.

Great Product, Short Lifespan

Pros: Cools the CPU and keeps it around 40 degrees C.

Cons: I've only had the pump for 6 months and I am getting a high pitched grinding noise. This shouldn't happen within 6 months especially from a name brand within the PC market.

Other Thoughts: This was my first time trying water cooling and my experience was good until I turned my computer on today and I get a sound coming from pump that sounds like REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE and grinding. What really sucks is that I'm out of the return period of Newegg. I will never buy another AIO or watercool if they are going to fail on me within 6 months to a year. Air coolers for the win baby!

Manufacturer Response:
Hello Clayton,

Please contact our support team at support.coolermaster.com regarding an air purge for your cooler. Air pockets can make their way into the pump and get stuck; this results in a variety of noises. Air usually works itself out, but an air purge could help it along.

Very Impressed!

Pros: Everything about it is impressive. Keeps my 8350 OCd to 4.5 GHz at 30 to 34c idle depending on room temp, and 59c during 45 minute stress test. I did add 2 more fans to make it a push pull system, which does an amazing job. Installation was easy. It surprisingly came with a small tube of thermal paste. The color options are excellent. I can make them red, yellow, blue or green. This is way better than the Corsair it replaced.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: So happy with this cooler. I've now become a Cooler Master fan!
FYI, I've seen install videos of this, and every one just squirts a dab of paste in the center of the CPU, then installs the cooler. I'm like why? If you want to do it knowing it will be complete coverage and work optimally, then put your finger in the corner of a clear plastic sandwich bag, and spread the past lightly, and evenly over the CPU until full coverage. You just need a thin layer on it. Then you know every mm is covered. Good peace of mind, knowing you're getting it to cool at its full potential.
