Pros: This CPU is outstanding, I've been using the I5 7600K for around a year now and the performance is amazing.
This CPU is great for streaming, gaming, and rendering, this CPU is also easily overclockable and is easily cooled.
Cons: I really haven't had trouble with the CPU over the time I've been using it.
Overall Review: I would highly recommend this product to be used, especially if you are making a budget build for a PC.
Pros: Hero IX has it OC'd to 5 with a tower air cooler. And it's running cool, too; rarely hear a peep out of the fan.
Super fast. It typed this review before I even touched the keyboard.
Cons: Pins being on the board gives me the heebeejeebies. But as thin as they are, I don't think I'd be comfortable with them on the processor, either. I suppose that's just agiven as the tech gets smaller and faster. I'm afraid I might have to be a licensed neurosurgeon when I get around to replacing this one 5 years down the road.
Pros: Building a new pc was tough but I sure was glad that I got this. Works great so far!
Cons: it was expensive... but soooo worth it.
Pros: Been in my new build for about two weeks and so far no issues at all, paired with the Maximus Z270 hero, evga 1070, and Corsair H100i V2
- it runs everything I play at ultra no problem and no need for overclocking yet.
-with the aio water cooler I haven't seen it reach temps higher than 50°C
- installation was simple
Cons: None that I've seen so far
Overall Review: As other have stated it does not come with a fan or heatsink. Was not an issue for me since I planned on water cooling.
-side note: I upgraded from a 5 year old quad core amd processor so major performance increase. Those with a 6700K might not see huge differences.
Pros: Built my system with this, a gtx 1060 ssc, and 16 gb of vengeance lpx ram. Couldn't have asked for more! Running almost all games 60 fps on ultra setting at 1080p. Would definitely recommend!
Cons: None so far
Pros: - Huge overclocking with the right cooler
- Fair price
Overall Review: I upgrade from a 2500k who was doing the job with many recent game. I'm good for another 5-6 years.
Pros: - 4.5 Ghz stable overclock at 1.2V. I think i got really lucky with this one, I did a 24 hr stress test with no problems.
- Its intel you know what you're paying for when you buy it.
Cons: - None
Overall Review: - Extremely happy with my overclock on the MSI titanium z270 board and corsair h100i AIO.
Pros: - Extra 200 Mhz over the I7-6700K
- 4 cores and 8 threads
- hyper-threading for those of us who like to watch YouTube and play a game at the same time
- Trusted for gaming builds
Overall Review: - I would recommend this processor to anyone who wants a top of the line gaming computer. It offers a moderate overclocking ability and is the current flagship for Intel's i7 processors.
