Will these ram fit with a Noctua NH-D15?

Yes. They're low profile, plus you can raise one of the fans on the NH-D15 if you absolutely have to, but you shouldn't need to. Plus you don't even REALLY need the outer fan on the NH-D15 unless you're running a very hot chip.
