Designed for high-performance overclocking Each Vengeance LPX module is built with a pure aluminum heatspreader for faster heat dissipation and cooler operation; and the eight-layer PCB helps manage heat and provides superior overclocking headroom. Each IC is individually screened for performance potential.
Designed for great looks Available in multiple colors to match your motherboard, your components, or just your style.
Performance and Compatibility Vengeance LPX is optimized and compatibility tested for the latest Intel X99 and 100 Series motherboards and offers higher frequencies, greater bandwidth, and lower power consumption. XMP 2.0 support for trouble-free automatic overclocking.
Low-profile heatspreader design The Vengeance LPX module height is carefully designed to fit smaller spaces.
Pros: I don't OC, and I went for the best timings per dollar. I do a lot of video editing, so in a week, I'll probably have saved myself a minute of rendering, etc. I bought two different kits, and they worked without fuss somehow. Like the low profile.
Cons: They don't wake me up to the smell of cooking bacon in the morning.
Doesn't fetch my car for me
Overall Review: Might have been the board, but a couple of the sticks were finicky getting in.
Cons: Started getting slow load time at computer start, and then saw a blue screen with a memory error message. Ran member test, and a problem was found. Had the RAM for less than a year, but it lasted long enough to pass 30 day return time.
Overall Review: Would buy again, but feeling a little cautious of having this happen again in less than a year (again).
A Pair of RAM Components with Size Compatibility on large CPU heatsinks12/22/2016 11:37:52 AM
Pros: - The Heat Spreader is low enough to fit a variety of large heat sinks for air-cooling CPUs. (Just fits under the Hyper 212 EVO. Just.)
- 16GB is just right and enough for a great deal of uses.
Cons: - Not yet identified; may edit after months of use.
Overall Review: I ordered two of them to make up 32GB and fitting all four slots of dual-channel memory due to future build plans as a desktop that will do things beyond gaming. No problems after reception so far, and will take note on occurrences in the future.
Pros: Works great in my new build! Decided to build another PC and couldn't be any happier with these modules. Gigabyte G1 board recognized the memory and they ran at the advertised speeds. Fits right under my hyper 212 evo with no problems!
Pros: Creates enough room to works with the large CPU air coolers.
Looks nice.
It's Ram, you plug it in the motherboard and it works.
The packaging was nice too.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I would recommend this product to anyone using a large CPU air cooler.
Works perfectly! Forza 5 went from unplayable to solid 60fps at high11/25/2021 11:30:28 AM
Pros: Easy installation, as most ram is.
Great build quality: metal passive cooling which was cool to the touch on arrival.
Simple yet elegant design that matches my pcs aesthetic perfectly
Cons: None yet
Overall Review: I was expecting some troubleshooting since Im mixing brands of ram (2x4gb of patriot ram that came with my pc; 2x4gb of new Corsair ram), but I was pleasantly surprised to see the ram appear immediately in bios when putting the sticks in. It was plug and play. So easy, and it made such a significant difference in some of my games, forza specifically. The reason I was compelled to get more ram was because forza horizon 5 was a stuttering mess even at the lowest setting. As soon as I started the game with my new additional 8gb of ram, it ran perfectly smooth 60 fps at high graphics, and 40-60 fps at ultra. Ive seen the game use upwards of 11gb before, so Im glad that I have the extra headroom in ram to give the game space to do its thing. Really fun game btw. Anyway, I definitely recommend this pair of Corsair ram. Its out of the box presentation, ease of installation, and performance make it an enjoyable experience to use.
Please note that I made sure the Corsair sticks ran at the same speed as these Patriot sticks for minimizing possibility of incompatibility.
