I originally had an ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 installed in my 4000D Airflow with no problems. Any standard ATX board should be fine.

Yes, It can fit a normal ATX mobo so it can fit a micro-ATX, this is also stated within the spec sheet.

Can you fit a 240mm radiator in the front?

I see it list 280mm and 360mm up front but just wondering if a 240mm would also work. Thanks!

Yes, a 240mm radiator will fit in the front as the case supports radiators of various sizes including 360mm and 280mm. Typically, if larger radiators are supported, smaller sizes like 240mm will also fit.

Will a 13x18" mainboard fit inside with space to spare?

In the Specs tab it shows you the overall dimensions of the case itself plus the types of ATX motherboards that are compatible.  The dimensions are: 18.35" High x 9.06" Wide x 17.83" Deep.  So considering that the entire case itself is barely 18 inches high, no it won't fit a 13x18 motherboard.  Is 13x18 even an ATX mb? :P

They are hidden in a small cardboard box that is seemingly glued in a drive bay.

3 pin. My motherboard utilizes the 4 pin but there's no pinout listing of the fan connectors. UGH!
