Pros: It's a great power supply for the price. A known quality power supply is a Good Thing--if it dies, it's a lot less likely to take other components out when it does. Plenty of power, plenty of cables, including enough to power two high-end graphics cards.
Cons: The cables are long and there is quite a few of them. In a small case, watch their placement so that you don't impede airflow to critical components. The PSU ships with cable ties to help with this, but the ties should really be a bit longer to be useful.
Overall Review: Don't put together several hundred dollars (or more!) of computer and cheap out on the PSU! A good power supply will not only help keep your equipment safe, it will provide dependable, consistent power to help prevent lockups and BSODs and the like.
