When I got this power supply, I got a whole bunch of cables yes. Pretty sure that they were mostly same black pallet and so matched aesthetically with the power supply as well. Not really something that I even thought I wanted, but now it looks fancy. You know, if you have a computer case that shows off the inside of your rig. Haha.

Can i add 2 EPS cables in this PSU because i need 2 of them for my mobo?

The CORSAIR RMx Series RM650x 2018 CP-9020178-NA power supply has 1 x EPS/ATX12V 8-PIN (4+4) connector. Therefore, it does not support two EPS cables as it only comes with one EPS connector.
