Pros: Fully modular, white is great for some builds, warranty is excellent, cables are awesome looking and come in a nice little bag for storage, very quiet. Price is ok too, and we'll see if Corsair comes through with the rebate, which makes the price really good. Packaging is good too.
Cons: As mentioned by others, the cables can be tough to work with due to stiffness of them. Also the SATA cables have their connectors spaced about 4.5" apart, on my Carbide 275R with two SSD's and one HDD, I could not connect all three on one cable. This meant jamming another cable into the (tight) space to connect the third drive, and then having to tie up extra cable with three extra connectors on it as well. This cuts down on airflow from the front fans through the PSU area (enclosed). For reference my previous power supply has 6" between the connectors, so could do all three drives with one cable. Not a huge deal, but less hassle , less mess, more airflow. The other issue I had was the PCIe connector for my RX580. I only have the one card, and both PCIe cables come with two connectors for graphics cards. Awesome if you have two, but in my case with just one you now have a 6" cable extension with connector and no where to put it. With clear glass side that is not acceptable (to me) so ended up having to unpin the main plug, trimming off the double wire crimps, and reassembling. A bit of work, and Corsair is nice enough to give you two cables so you have one to practice with if things go wrong :) I did look at pics before buying so I missed that I guess. On the other hand they do give you great cables if you have two cards. The last issue, also as mentioned by others, is that with the fan not running constantly it does not act as a heat extractor. The 275R power supply area is enclosed with hard drive cage in front of it and SSD's on back panel right above the area. I expected some heat rise so was not surprised to see the drive temps go up by 6-7 degrees or so.
Overall Review: I would still recommend this PSU. It really does look great (if not hidden), the white cables look fantastic, lots of cables supplied, it is super quiet, can't beat the warranty and I have had great luck with Corsair parts and cases. The 275R in white with tempered glass is decent too :) Have fun!
