Is this flashdrive anew,un-opened,and NEVER used product?

Yes. I purchased mine from Newegg almost a year ago (10 Nov 2015) and it was delivered NEW and UNused in its original retail packaging. I have used it weekly to back-up my data files in safe, secure and easily transportable flash memory. FYI; I have NEVER had a problem with Newegg's Order Fulfillment and I have been ordering my DIY components, peripherals & electronics from them for almost 2 decades. They have always earned a 5-egg rating from me.
