Pros: The five year anniversary of this running a hefty computer (including SLI'd power hungry cards) without any problems is coming up in a month. Still going strong, I've never had any problems. Extremely solid power supply, supports everything I could throw at it, no regrets whatsoever.

Cons: Doesn't have modular cables, and there are a LOT of cables.

Overall Review: Corsair is a great brand for power supplies, I've owned a few of them and have never had problems.

Pros: Has always run quietly; never developed a buzz or whine. Powers a substantial number of components (see Other Thoughts below). Still under warranty for 2 more years.

Cons: Long cables not in use require some space to tidy them up out of the way.

Pros: Very well made. For many overclockers, having one +12v rail with a massive 60 amp capacity will provide absolute bedrock stability, which really helps keep a system running when you push it. It's not so much that your CPU or RAM is going to consume 60 amperes; but the pulses they generate as they switch will make HUGE picosecond demand on the abillity of the power supply to source or sink current. It's this ability to handle spiky demand on the rail that really makes for stability. If the supply can't cope, these rapid changes in demand will turn into NOISE on the rail, and the CPU and RAM will have a hard time telling the difference between noise on the rail and actual signals on their buses. This is why big, clean power supplies help the stability of a PC. Of course, all your drives, fans, video cards and so on also need capacity so this is also part of the equation.

Cons: Modular cables would have been nice. I didn't need all the drive cables; I had room to tuck them out of the way, but not everyone would.

Overall Review: Very attractive appearance. "Quality" feel. The cooling design, with a big (140 MM fan) yields the best cooling with minimal noise. I found it VERY quiet / silent. Comes in a velvet bag, like a bottle of Crown Royal.... ha ha ha.

Pros: Awesome power, stable, very quiet, has SLI connectors for 2 gtx280's, single 62 amp rail. PRICE!!!! Dirt cheap for the quality! My system (see other thoughts) chewed through an OCZ 700 Watt supply in 3 months and this PSU runs it rock stable with no problems.

Cons: I didnt get it sooner!

Overall Review: Ive had this PSU for almost a year running a highly overclocked Q6600 @ 3.6 and SLI GTx 260's @ 730/1470/1230 with 3 hard drives, 6 GB of overclocked ram, 6 fans, a watercooling loop and a DVD rom drive. This system pulls a WAD of juice, and this PSU has No issues dealing with it.

Pros: This remarkable PSU boasts solid construction, excellent power delivery, and a formidable price to boot! I have had no problems powering my entire system. Even at near full load, the unit shows no tiring, and delivers solid performance. The cables reach far in my full ATX case.

Cons: Weighty. Fan is probably the loudest thing in my system, but I'm usually running a full load. Nothing that would detract from the overall 5 egg rating.

Overall Review: I am surprised that this PSU can power all of my components, but not really given the specs (+12V rail with 60A). I decided to change my GPU at the last minute on my new rig, and held out on getting a new PSU to see if this could handle two GTX 280s in SLI (overclocked to 640 core). It could! AMAZING! Pros: I have become a big fan of Corsair power supplies. This one is no exception. If you are planning to build an SLI system with multiple graphics cards and loads of storage, well, this power supply will last until you save the money for all your components, and years beyond that.

Overall Review: I have an Antec 900 case, a mid-tower. The extra cables curl up nicely at the bottom of the case. I highly recommend a case in which the power supply is located at the bottom of the case! That way, cables aren't "hanging" from near the top of the case.

Pros: This PSU is a beast!
