can i use this ram with amd fx 8350 or amd fx 6300 regardless the motherboard's type?

Ahmed M - Just make sure the Motherboard you are looking at (or have already) supports 240-Pin DDR3 2133 speed and you should be ok.  For Power planning you will need a PSU that has an extra 1.5V per stick of memory (I added 4 so I figured for 6V in my power planning).  Hope this helps.

Is there any compatibility that I need to know before I purchase this RAM, such as motherboard specs?

You need to make sure that the Motherboard is compatible with the speed of the Memory Modules (ie. up to 2133 MHz, as it will generally specify that in the description). A less pressing concern, but something to consider nonetheless, is the type compatibility. Obviously you wouldn't want to buy DDR3 RAM for a motherboard that only has 288-pin connectors for the new DDR4 RAM. Other than that, you'll be good to go. As a side note, I highly recommend this particular set. I've had no problems since I bought it.
