Kit size is irrelevant.  All you care about is maximum size per DIMM.  16GB per DIMM will work in that board.  The difference is that if you want to go up to 128GB total you will need registered memory and this is not registered.  If your target is 64GB total, 2 of these 2x16 kts will work.  If your target is 32GB total for your build, you'll get better performance by buying this same spec DIMM but in 8GB sticks instead of 16GB.  Fill 4 lanes.  Performance differential is minor, but by buying 4x8 (32GB), you'll still be able to upgrade to 8x8 (64GB) later, and it'll be optimal performance all around.
